Description

Kondensationsanlage für Dampfturbinenlokomotiven. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kondensationsanlage für Dampfturbinenlokomotiven, bei welcher als Kühlmittel mit Wasser befeuchtete Luft verwendet wird. Sie besteht darin, daß die stehend angeordnet-en Rohree des luftgekühlten Kondensators an ihrem unteren Ende in einen Behälter tauchen. in welchem sich der nicht zur Verdunstu ng gelangte Teil des der Kühlluft zugesetzten Wassers ansammelt, so daß das untere Ende des Kendensators zugleich als Bassinkondensator wirkt, in welchem die restliche Niederschlagung des Dampfes erfolgt. Hierdurch wird in vorteilhafter Weise erreicht, daß bereits beim Anfahren der Lokomotive in dem Kondensator ein geringes Vakuum eintritt.Condensation system for steam turbine locomotives. Die Erfindung --,t in der Zeichnung in zwei Ausführungsbeispielen veranschaulicht,- worin ,Abb. i und 2 je eine Kondensationsanlage im Längsschnitt und Abb. 3 eine Oberansicht der in Abb. 2 gezeigten Ausführung darstellen. Gemäß'Abb. i ist ein wassergekühlter Deckenkondensator a vorgesehen, dessen Wasserkammer b als Brause ausgebildet ist. Der dem Kondensator a nachgeschaltete Kondensator c wird mittels Luft gekühlt, die durch das aus der Wasserkammer b austretende feinverteilte Kühlwasser mit Feuchtigkeit gesättigt wird. Das Kühlwasser fällt bei seinem Austritt aus der Wasserkammer b auf eine Anzahl von durchlochten Tropfschalen d, so daß es be im Herabfallen sehr fein verteilt bleibt und durch den von dem Ventilator e erzeugten Luftstrom oder durch den Fahrtwind mitgerissen und dem Kondensatorc zu- geführt wird. Die mit der Luft fortgerissenen Wassertropfen fallen nun auf die Rohre des Kondensators auf und werden infolge deren Schräglagt dem Sammelbehälter j zugeführt. Die Rohre des Kondensators c wirken demnach für die feuchte Kühlluft als Wasseiabscheider. Der untere Teil des luftgekühlten Kondensators ragt hierbei in den Sammelhehälter j hinein, so daß ein Teil desselben ständig von dem rückgekühlten Kühlwasser umspült wird und der Sammelbehälter als Bassinkondensator wirkt. Dies ist insofern von Vorteil, als hierdurch bereits beim An- fahren ein geringes Vakuum geschaffen wird. Durch die Kühlwasserpumpe g wird das Kühl-und Berieselungswasser in einem ständigen Kreislauf gehalten und durch deren seitliche Anordnung zu dem Sammelbehälter ein ständiges Bespülen des unteren Teiles der Kondensatorrohre durch rückgekühltes Wasser gewährleistet.The invention -, t illustrated in the drawing in two exemplary embodiments, - in which, Fig. i and 2 each represent a condensation system in longitudinal section and FIG. 3 is a top view of the embodiment shown in FIG.
