vorliegenden Erfindung liegenden. (Haupt-) Relais selbst gehört.Parking device for prime movers. The invention relates to the known type of parking devices for engines, in which the shut-off valve for the equipment is under the control of a. Relay is available, which responds to the presence or absence of sufficient pressure in an oil-filled system (the pressure lubrication device for the machine) and in the event of an impermissible drop in the oil pressure or even failure of the oil to stop the machine. Such a device is e.g. B. in the patent 330836 described. The invention consists in that the relay is preceded by an upstream or auxiliary relay, which consists of a control and valve piston dependent on the pressure state in the oil supply line to the main relay and is normally maintained in one position by the oil pressure against the action of an adjustable spring which the oil passage after the main relay is open, while when there is a pressure drop the said passage is blocked, but a path that causes the oil above the pre-relay to drain quickly is opened. The purpose of the arrangement of this pre-relay is to accelerate the action of the main relay, which, because of its connection with the shut-off valve, cannot be too sensitive and easy to move. Manually operated valves in the oil supply line to the (single) relay (for each machine), which shut off the oil flow to the relay and allow the oil above the pilot valve to drain, are known. On the other hand, however, it is a matter of switching on a second or pre-relay with a control and valve piston that responds to the pressure state in the line. The present pre-relay can also be moved by hand regardless of the prevailing pressure. Also known is the arrangement of an auxiliary piston with an auxiliary valve, although not in the oil supply line to the (single) relay, but in the relay housing itself and in relation to the oil paths therein, which arrangement does not serve or act as a pre-relay in the sense of the present invention, but as a means of controlling a path which is to allow the oil standing under the relay piston and the normal state of the relay (keeping the shut-off valve open) to pass through the relay piston when the oil pressure drops, i.e. in essence and action to that lying outside the present invention. (Main) relay itself belongs.
In the drawing, only the pre-relay forming the subject of the invention, not also the main relay, is shown, in a vertical section. In the oil line i, the housing 2 is switched on between the source supplying the oil (high-level tank, pressure pump) and the main relay, in which the "control and valve piston 3 with the projections 9, 5 serving to guide it, counter to the action of the union nut 6 adjustable spring q. A path 8 branched off from the line i within the housing 2 allows the oil to pass in front of the piston surface on the left and maintain the normal position shown by its pressure. In this position, the circumferential groove 7 allows the oil to pass - towards the main relay. On the other hand, the valve cone 1 o formed by the right piston end in cooperation with the valve seat ii dem [1] closes the access to the right half of the housing 2, which is switched into the drain line for the oil Paths i so far that the spring pressure receives the predominance, then by shifting the piston to the left and with it the groove 7 the Oil path i blocked, on the other hand the oil above the pre-relay which passes through valve io, ii to the outlet side of the housing is opened. The piston 3 can be pushed to the left by hand by means of the hand lever 12 and the main relay can thus be made effective in a manner known per se, despite the full oil pressure being maintained.
