Verfahren zur Herstellung von Behältern aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, z. B. Becher, Dosen, Tabletts oder dgl. durch pneuma­ tische oder mechanische Verformung des erhitzten Ausgangswerk­ stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mittels eines Extruders (1) und nachgeordnetem Abkühlkalan­ der (2) in an sich bekannter Weise ein band-, platten- oder folienartiges Vorprodukt (3) aus Kunststoff hergestellt wird,
daß aus diesem Vorprodukt (3) in ihren Abmessungen dem Endpro­ dukt angepaßte scheibenförmige Zuschnitte (5) ausgestanzt und der Abfall (8) wieder dem Extruder (1) zugeführt werden und
daß die scheibenförmigen Zuschnitte (5) an einer ggf. von dieser Herstellungslinie entfernten bzw. von dieser Herstellungslinie unabhängigen Stelle erhitzt und von einer Verformungsvorrichtung (11, 12) abfallfrei zum Endprodukt (13) weiterverarbeitet wer­ den.
