Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a soundproofing wall with edge Me tall profile stands, plaster material placed on both sides in one layer plates and central damping plate, preferably made of mineral wool le, glass wool or plastic wool attached to the metal profile stand closed is.
DIN 52 210).In the known soundproofing wall, of which the invention goes out (printed matter Gebr. Knauf Westdeutsche Gipswerke, W 35, February 1990) the gypsum board directly adjoins the Damping plate. The gypsum boards are plasterboard. The known soundproofing walls have an entire wall thickness of, for example, 80 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm or even 150 mm. The In contrast, gypsum material boards regularly have a thickness of 15 mm or 25 mm. Have the well-known soundproof walls proven, but are improved in terms of sound insulation in need of assistance. - Sound insulation is generally considered to be Construction noise insulation level specified in dB and in a standardized test determined (see DIN 52 210).
The invention has for its object in a sound-absorbing Wall of the structure described above, which a predetermined Ge has velvet thickness without increasing the overall thickness of the sound to improve insulation.
To achieve this object, the invention teaches that between the Plasterboard and the damping plate a gap of arranged at least one centimeter gap thickness and this Ab standing gap with a mineral potting compound, which by hydrata tion sets, is poured out. Also in the context of the invention who the plasterboard in general as plasterboard puts. But you can also use gypsum fibreboard or others Plasterboard work. In any case, it is recommended that the An order so that the plasterboard and the potting mass combined into a sound-insulating shell are. The expression shell is used here in a sound insulation sense related. Within the scope of the invention it is also between the To arrange plasterboard and the sealing compound a release film, which preferably adheres to the sealing compound.
Within the scope of the invention, a wide variety of casting compounds can be used, but these should have a relatively high specific weight. A gypsum material is preferably used as the potting compound. Gypsum material refers to a castable gypsum, which can be used, for example, with anhydrite, alpha hemihydrate or beta hemihydrate. However, a cement material can also be used as the sealing compound. This is understood to mean a material that is bound with cement or consists of cement. Regardless of whether you are working with a plaster material or with a cement material, it is advisable to incorporate a finely divided filler in the form of sand into the casting compound. If possible, the casting compound should have a specific weight of at least 1000 kg / m 3 . It is advisable to make the arrangement so that the sealing compound has a thickness of at least 1 cm on each side of the damping plate. The casting compound is expediently poured in situ, ie on the construction site after the metal profile stands, the damping plate and the plasterboard have been installed.
The invention is based on the known fact that the sound Insulation of a soundproof wall of the entry described Structure for physical reasons with increasing mass of the plaster material plates gets bigger. The invention is based on the supra fact that without increasing the overall thickness of a sound-insulating wall of a given thickness is a considerable improvement Sound insulation is achieved when reducing the Thickness of the damping plate created a gap and a Potting compound is introduced as described. Related to the one You can achieve the above-mentioned rated construction sound insulation level an improvement of 5 to 10 dB.
Es zei gen in schematischer DarstellungIn the following, the invention is based on only one embodiment Example illustrating the drawing explained in more detail. It shows gene in a schematic representation
Fig. 1 einen Horizontalschnitt durch eine erfindungsgemäße schall dämmende Wand, Fig. 1 is a horizontal section through an inventive sound-insulating wall,
Fig. 2 corresponding to FIG. 1 shows a horizontal section through another embodiment of a sound-absorbing wall.
The basic structure of the soundproofing walls shown in the figures consists of metal profile stands 1 on the edge, plasterboard panels 2 on both sides and a central damping panel 3 . This consists preferably of mineral wool or glass wool. The damping plate 3 is closed to the metal profile stand 1 , in the exemplary embodiment in corresponding 4 on introduced. Metal profiles can also be arranged as a support or as an upper end. It can be seen that the metal profile stands 1 in the exemplary embodiment form flanges 5 , which define the thickness of a gap 6 of at least one centimeter gap between the plasterboard 2 and the damping plate 3 . This gap 6 is poured with a mineral's casting compound 7 , which sets by hydration.
The gypsum boards 2 are gypsum plasterboards or gypsum fiber boards. The arrangement is expediently such that the gypsum board 2 and the sealing compound 7 form a sound shell in terms of sound insulation, as has already been explained above.
To this end, joint measures can be implemented that are not were drawn.
The scale ratios in the drawings correspond to a preferred embodiment. The total wall thickness may be 80 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm or even 150 mm. In all cases, the thickness of the plasterboard 2 is between 15 to 25 mm. It is understood that the specific weight of the casting compound 7 can also be less than 1000 kg / m 3 , for. B. is about 900 kg / m 3 .
