Description
Filter bottom made from individual concrete or reinforced concrete Shaped stones.
The present invention relates to filter floors, which consist of individual Form stones are composed. However, the previous forms of Russian management stuck still have some disadvantages.
In these constructions no consideration was given to that when backwashing the filter, it is advisable to enter within the manifold system relatively high pressure is used. This high pressure is not necessary to loosen up the filter layer, because an overpressure of I is sufficient for this up to 2 m water column completely. However, if one applies such a low pressure, which is a prerequisite that the manifold system with the base layer of the Filters connecting nozzles or openings to avoid a major pressure loss are carried out relatively far, there is a risk that the flushing water, especially if the filter is very dirty, the filter layer breaks through at one point, while the rest of the filter material is not rinsed due to its resistance. This disadvantage is now avoided if the manifold system is under high pressure sets and makes the nozzle openings relatively small, so that the largest part of the pressure is necessary to force the water through the aforementioned nozzles. After that The design of the filter base must therefore take these conditions into account and in the collecting pipe system without any danger to the filter bottoms design high pressure. Also, the embodiments attempting take the above Adhering to principles does not take into account any consideration of avoiding dead, from flushing water non-touched areas within the base course. Dead spaces like that, the balcony nests form, exist z. B. with all flat filter bases where the manifold system with the nozzles connecting the carrier light stand at a greater distance from each other.
These mentioned disadvantages adhere to the filter base according to the present invention Invention not on. This in the known way. individual out Concrete or reinforced concrete made shaped stones of triangular-prismatic shape or pyramid-shaped, upwardly widening inner space composed of a filter base is characterized in that between the with collecting channels, which are used for the discharge of the filtrate and NVaschiquidszuführ serve, provided shaped stones and the container bottom Gaps are left or are present. The shaped stones have circular openings on @ while their outer shape is chosen so that the triangular-prismatic or include pyramid-shaped spaces widening upwards, at their lower Narrow side or
Tip the filtrate removed and through the circular openings is discharged. Conversely, during backwashing, the water exits the collecting pipe system through which the collecting pipe system with the narrow side or tip of the triangular.prismatic or pyramid-shaped spaces connecting openings in these aforementioned spaces and the support layer supporting the filter bed and is as a result of the above increasing cross-section of these spaces evenly over the entire filter surface distributed. Due to the circular design of the openings in the element, it is possible to keep the standard strengths particularly low; without the concrete suffers high stress, on the other hand, by the form of the External surfaces provide excellent guidance for both the filtrate and the backwash water guaranteed, so that the overall effect of the filter has a particularly beneficial effect will.
Ausführungsbeispiele dieser Erfindung sind in den Abb. I bis 4 dargestellt. Embodiments of this invention are shown in Figs. Fig. 1 and 2 show a filter base in which the support layer is received Form cavities on the top standing pyramids, while in Fig. 3 and 4 these Rooms have an elongated, channel-like shape @ with a triangular cross-section.
Abb. I ist. Fig. I shows a section in the direction A-B of Fig. 2, the plan view to Fig. I.
The filter box is formed by the side walls 1 and the bottom 2. The actual filter base suitable for receiving the base layer consists of im Plan of square elements 3 @ the above a cavity s in the form of one with the Have the top of the pyramid pointing downwards. The one to receive the filtered The water-serving distribution pipe system 3 form the individual elements in a cross shape recessed channels. In order to be as independent as possible of the pressure loss of the NVessor in the filter layer or in the distribution pipe system an even load of the filter over the entire surface. is the pipe system with the tip the pyramid-shaped body connected by narrow bores 6, which the water a offer some resistance, especially when cleaning the filter Backwashing is significantly greater than the resistance of the filter layer. There it is now difficult when executed in concrete, which is used with advantage as a building material is, all the connections of the elements as well as the elements themselves perfect to keep watertight, there is a risk that when cleaning the filter by backwashing water into the gap 7 between the elements 3 and the filter base 2 occurs. Since during backwashing the pressure in the pipe system 5 is very much higher is than in the filter layer 8, the filter base would be raised in this case and thereby possibly be completely destroyed. To these disadvantages in more reliable To avoid RA travel, @ are connecting channels g between the gap 7 and the filter layer 8 switched on, the water leaking in for the filter base safely derive after the filter layer.
Figs. 3 and 4 represent a similar design, only that on Place the elements, which are square in plan, 3 elongated prismatic elements are related, which 1 accordingly also not pyramidal I-shaped cavities, but form prismatic ones with a triangular cross-section. They are the same reference numbers I to 9 for the same parts, as in Fig. I and 2 related, I so that after that Figs. 3 and 4 are readily understandable.
