Abstract
Description
On the one hand, the present invention relates to a method for sorting rubble according to the generic term of Claim 1, for the purpose of dividing the same in for Recycling of usable rubble types. On the other hand concerns the present invention an apparatus for performing the method according to the preamble of claim 2, with which device the delivered rubble in essentially continuous and mechanized in predetermined Rubble types can be divided.
Since then it has been recognized that building rubble is not considered worthless Treat waste and, as in earlier times, as a whole landfill, because on the one hand this causes environmental problems, for example by the penetration of liquid or washable foreign substances into the groundwater, can and on the other hand by depositing the unsorted rubble valuable raw materials are irretrievably lost, one is looking for methods and devices by means of which is a mixture of earth, stones, wood, metal etc. performing building rubble sorted inexpensively and efficiently can be that for him to continue or Suitable parts can be removed for recycling, before it is deposited. The usual sorting methods and devices, as for example in Waste incineration plants for household waste or on Sorting bins for garden waste can be applied only partially satisfied when sorting rubble as they either too laborious and time-consuming, or too little selective are. It is probably possible to use the rubble Electromagnets and by shaking and sieving as well Blow through, for example, in ferrous metals, coarse material, stones and disassemble paper or the like. Especially that Sorting out large parts such as wooden beams, remains of walls, Pipes and other large and / or heavy Individual parts from wagonloads of listed building rubble but problematic and is essentially by today Spread the rubble, for example using a trax or a loading shovel and taking out the corresponding one Pieces using the same machines or an excavator or Crane grab, realized. However, this procedure is necessary on the one hand, a sufficiently large space for dumping and spreading the rubble and sets proportionately Many movements of large machines ahead even for small parts.
The present invention is based on the object especially this critical coarse sorting of rubble simplify and make it economically interesting. Furthermore, the fine sorting of the roughly sorted building rubble should in a further developed embodiment of the invention enable inexpensive fine sorting. This task will solved according to the invention on the one hand by a method as it is defined in claim 1. On the other hand by a Device for performing the method, as in Claim 2 is circumscribed.
In letzterer zeigtIn the following an advantageous embodiment of the Invention explained with reference to the drawing. In the latter shows

Fig. 4 shows an overview of a conveyor belt with several sorting stations arranged one behind the other.
It can be seen from FIG. 1 that the building rubble 2 , which is usually mentioned by means of trucks 1 and / or skip transport vehicles, is advantageously poured into an intermediate storage 3 in order to avoid temporary overloading of the device according to the invention, from where it is metered and more or less continuously by means of, for example, a tire or Crawler loader 4 or similar machine is applied to a conveyor belt 5 . It may be appropriate to provide the conveyor belt 5 at the loading point on one, two or three sides by means of vertical or inclined, fixed or movable barriers 6 in order to prevent the building rubble 2 to be deposited there from overflowing. It goes without saying that, in particular in the case of continuous and regular accumulation of rubble, the intermediate storage is dispensed with and the rubble 2 can be emptied directly onto the conveyor belt 5 .
The conveyor belt 5 conveys the building rubble 2 away from the loading station according to FIG. 1 to a second work station, at which, according to FIG. 2, large parts 7 such as wooden beams, remains of the wall, pipes, etc. are lifted out of the more or less homogeneous rubble mass in such a way that they are exposed and prepared for individual removal from the rubble. The large parts 7 are lifted out of the building rubble mass according to the invention by briefly deflecting the conveyor belt 5 in the vertical direction such that the conveyor belt 5 must run over at least one elevation 8 . For this purpose, conveyor belt rollers 9 which can be moved hydraulically in the vertical direction are advantageously used, which are raised by lifting cylinders 10 in such a way that the aforementioned elevation 8 is produced. It is particularly advantageous if the lifting cylinders 10 are controlled in such a way that there is an elevation 8 which is displaceable counter to the running direction 11 of the conveyor belt 5 . If necessary, several subsequent elevations 8 can be provided, which seem to move rhythmically under the direction of travel 11 of the conveyor belt 5 . Depending on the nature of the delivered building rubble 2, it can be provided that only individual sections of conveyor belt rollers 9 are designed to be displaceable or that larger belt sections, possibly practically the entire conveyor belt, are constructed in this way. The conveyor belt rollers 9 and thus the conveyor belt 5 itself can, as shown in the drawing, have a flat cross-section or be designed in any other way, for example in the form of a channel. It can also be provided to provide 5 depressions of the same in addition to elevations 8 of the conveyor belt, in the areas of which lateral barriers 6 and / or 6 'are provided, are pushed onto the large parts 7 , whereby they can be easily removed from the rubble 2 . Instead of the displaceable conveyor belt rollers 9 , plungers arranged locally between fixed conveyor belt rollers can also be provided, which act in a comparable manner on the conveyor belt 5 and the rubble 2 transported thereon from below.
Either directly in the area in which the building rubble 2 conveyed forward on the conveyor belt 5 is separated by the elevations 8 in such a way that large parts 7 are exposed, or after this, a further work station according to FIG. 3 can be provided, at which the exposed large parts 7 can be removed from the conveyor belt 5 , for example by means of a gripper 12 . Advantageously, the gripper 12 is mounted on a fully movable robot arm 13 that can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the belt, optionally also on an excavator boom, the latter being operated from within a permanently installed full view pulpit 14 . The robot gripper arms are advantageously operated by simple simultaneous movements of the operating hand. The individual operations or movement sequences can be at least partially preprogrammed in such a way that quick handling is made possible. The large parts 7 gripped by the gripper 12 and removed from the conveyor belt 5 are advantageously deposited in a container 15 . If necessary, several containers 15 can also be used, for example one for wooden parts and one for stones and chunks of wall. With the gripper 12 and its robot arm 13 can, for. B. side of the conveyor belt 5 erected crushing plants 16 such as shredders, mills and crushers, etc. can be loaded directly. Instead of a gripper 12 or possibly in addition to one, a strong electromagnet can be connected to the robot arm 12 or a separate and individually controllable robot arm which removes iron-containing parts from the building rubble 2 loosened by the elevations 8 . In the event of large amounts of building rubble and / or building rubble 2 heavily offset with large parts 7 , it can be indicated in accordance with FIG. 4 to provide several work stations in accordance with FIG. 3 in succession in order to ensure that large parts 7 are discharged in accordance with the requirements.
From Fig. 4 it can be seen the conveyor belt 5 which runs in the arrow direction and on which the rubble 2 transported across the work station of Fig. 2 and is loosened up before it comes to a first of two multiple workstations or to Fig. 3, at From which the reusable or reusable waste components are successively read out using the robot grippers 12/13 and placed in material-specific containers 15 . If required, a further work station with elevations 8 according to FIG. 2 can be arranged between the following work stations 12/13/14 . Subsequent to the rough sorting of the building rubble carried out at one or more work stations according to FIG. 3, the remaining building rubble can be finely sorted by means of further work stations as mentioned below.
It goes without saying that the device according to the invention can be expanded further, for example by associating it with a shaking or drum sieve, with which sand, gravel and earth can be removed from the rubble 2 . If required, additional work stations, such as a boiler system for burning combustible debris with energy recovery or a washing station, can be provided.
The person skilled in the art recognizes that, with the aid of a device according to the invention designed according to the needs and requirements and the expected building rubble, thanks to the method according to the invention, a large number of different types of building rubble can be largely mechanically and continuously sorted. Since the large volumes of debris no longer have to be landfilled in full and reusable debris components such as earth, gravel and stones, as well as ferrous metals and wood etc. can be separated and recycled, the invention is not only advantageous in terms of environmental protection, but also economical. Thanks to the method and the device according to the invention, a relatively extensive sorting is achieved, which does not require the otherwise usual pre-comminution and subsequent separation by means of sieve and wind sifting. It is also important that the device according to the invention can be realized with relatively inexpensive components and machines and that large amounts of building rubble can be sorted with a relatively small space requirement. So that the device according to the invention fulfills all environmental protection requirements as possible, all parts of the system are advantageously placed under the roof, protected from wind and weather, and the noise sources are soundproofed. Dust is advantageously disposed of by means of extraction systems and filters. A separate Trax or excavator for loading the conveyor belt 5 can optionally be dispensed with, because the building rubble can be tipped out of the truck onto the conveyor belt directly via a sloping slope, depending on the installation site and the terrain. If necessary, the gripper can be attached to a robot arm, which is mounted above the conveyor belt. Further adaptations of the device according to the invention to specific requirements and prerequisites are quite possible and are within the range of what the person skilled in the art can do without inventive intervention.
