Haupt-Nebenstrom-Druckfilter (H-N-D-Filter) für Ver brennungsmotoren (Ölfilter).Main bypass pressure filter (H-N-D filter) for Ver internal combustion engines (oil filters).
Der H-N-D-Filter für Verbrennungsmotoren besteht aus einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse mit Zu- und Ablauf. Das Schmieröl wird durch Öffnungen zum Hauptstromfilter gepumpt. Der Hauptstromfilter besteht aus getränktem, speziellem Faltpapier von ca. 20 micron und wird radial durchströmt. Im Hauptstromfilter ist ein Umgehungsventil. Dieses öffnet, wenn der Hauptstromfilter so verschmutzt ist, daß er verstopft. Der Hauptstromfilter ist gekapselt. Vom Hauptstromfilter zum Nebenstromfilter, er besteht aus aufgerolltem Papier (Papier- Rollbandfilter) oder einem anderen Filtermaterial mit einer Filterfeinheit von unter 1 micron, sind Red.- Öffnungen angebracht. Von den Red.-Öffnungen fließt das Schmieröl außen am Papier-Rollbandfilter entlang und drückt ihn durch den Systemdruck zusammen, so daß sich keine Kanäle bilden können. Anschließend wird das Schmieröl axial durch den Nebenstromfilter gedrückt. Bei Einsatz von Papier-Rollbandfiltern wird Feuchtigkeit im Nebenstromfilter gespeichert. Der Rücklauf des Nebenstromfilters wird über eine Verbindung zum Rücklauf des Hauptstromfilters geleitet. Der gesamte H-N-D-Filter wird, wenn die Filterkapazität erreicht ist, ausgetauscht. Der H-N-D-Filter läßt sich besonders bei Motoren mit Öl-Schraubfiltern einsetzen. Die Größe des H-N-D-Filters richtet sich nach der vor geschriebenen Ölmenge im Motor.
