Abstract

A profiled sealing strip of elastomer is designed for tunnel segments which have a groove all round and it has at least longitudinal bore in its section. Each of sections which are opposite each other has at least one passage to the side where the water is under pressure, this passage remains open upon even when the profiled strips are under pressure, and at least one passage on water side is pressurised through this connection to the water pressure so as to increase the efficiency of the seal. The connection concerned is pref. a tube made of steel, or plastics, such as polyethylene or polyamide. ADVANTAGE - The system eliminates the problem of installing the segments which are under high pressure.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dichtungsprofil gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a sealing profile according to the preamble of claim 1.

Die Dichtungsrahmen eines Segmentes aus Beton, Stahl, Stahl­ beton oder Gußeisen bestehen zumeist aus vier zusammengesetzten strangförmigen Dichtungsprofilen (Profilbänder) aus elastomerem Werkstoff, d.h. aus Gummi oder gummiähnlichem Kunststoff, wobei die Rahmenecken vorzugsweise nach dem Injektion-Molding-Verfahren hergestellt werden. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist der Tunnelbau in Tübbing-Bauweise mit spezieller Anordnung der Segmente. Häufig genügt es, wenn jedes Segment einen Dichtungsrahmen aufweist. Unter besonderen Umständen kann es jedoch erforderlich werden, jedes Segment mit einem Doppeldichtungsrahmen zu versehen, wobei die beiden parallel verlaufenden Dichtungs­ rahmen mit einem zusätzlichen Dichtungsquerprofil (EP-A- 03 37 177) miteinander verbunden sein können. Die Dichtungs­ profile bzw. Dichtungsrahmen befinden sich meistens in einer entsprechenden Nut (Nuttiefe d, Nutbreite w) des Tunnel- Segmentes. Unter Einwirkung einer Kraft verringert sich der Spaltabstand zweier Tunnel-Segmente von S₀ (Abstand im unbelasteten Zustand) auf S 1 (Abstand im belasteten Zustand). Dadurch werden die beiden gegenüberliegenden Elastomer-Profile zusammengepreßt, was die Abdichtung des Spaltes zur Folge hat. Dabei hat sich herausgestellt, daß Dichtungsprofile, die in Längsrichtung verlaufende Rillennuten und Kanäle besitzen (GB-B-21 70 561, GB-B-21 78 114, GB-B-21 82 987, EP-A- 02 55 600, EP-A-03 06 796), hinsichtlich ihrer Dichtfunktion besonders wirksam sind.The sealing frames of a segment made of concrete, steel, reinforced concrete or cast iron mostly consist of four composite strand-shaped sealing profiles (profiled strips) made of elastomeric material, ie of rubber or rubber-like plastic, the frame corners preferably being produced by the injection molding process. Da das Rohr aus nicht zusammenpreßbarem Werkstoff (z.B. Stahl, Polyethylen, Polyamid) besteht, bleibt die Verbindung bei der Verpressung der Profile (5, 6) offen, so daß bei Eindringen von Wasser von der Segment-Außenseite (7) her der Kanal (10, 11) durch den Wasserdruck gestützt wird, was zu einer Erhöhung der Dichtleistung führt. Um zu verhindern, daß das Rohr (8, 9) durch eindringenden Schmutz verstopft wird, ist es zweckmäßig, die außenseitige Rohröffnung (12,13) mit einem Filter (z.B. Geotextilstreifen) abzudecken. Im Rahmen sämtlicher Versuche hatten die Rohre längsverlaufende Öffnungen. Claims (7)

1. Dichtungsprofil aus elastomerem Werkstoff für mit einer umlaufenden Nut (1, 2) versehene Tunnel-Segmente (3, 4), wobei dieses wenigstens einen in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Kanal aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der gegen­ überliegenden Profile (5, 6; 14, 15)
  • a) zur Druckwasserseite (7) hin wenigstens eine offene Verbindung besitzt, die
  • b) auch bei Verpressung der Profile offen bleibt, wobei
  • c) zumindest ein wasserseitig angeordneter Kanal (10, 11; 16, 17) durch diese Verbindung zwecks Erhöhung der Dichtleistung durch den Wasserdruck gestützt wird.
