Vorrichtung zum Ausschalten des Kartenprismas der Schaft- und Jacquardmaschinen
von Webstühlen beim Rückwärtsgang des Stuhles. Bei .mechanischen Webstühlen mit
Schaftmaschine oder mit jacquardmaschine ist es außerordentlich störend, daß beim
Rückwärtsdrehen des Stuhles zwecks Zuriicknahme eines Schusses o. dgl. das Kartenprisma
weiter geschaltet wird, so daß beim Weiterweben dessen Stellung nicht richtig ist,
sondern zwecks Erzielung fehlerfreien Musters die richtige Kartenstellung wieder
erst gesucht wenden muß. Dies verursacht eine wesentliche Verlängerung der Betriebsunterbrechung.
Auch die bekannten Einrichtungen, die selbsttätig das Kartenprisma zurückschalten,
wenn oder Stuhl rückwärts gedreht wird, geben keine völlige Sicherheit für die richtige
Wiedereinsteillung -des Prismas, <1a -die Zahl der leeren Schaltungen nach einer
Unterbrechung nicht immer die gleiche ist und infolgedessen auch nicht die Rückschaltung,
die z. B. auf .zwei Rückschaltstufen eingerichtet ist, etwa nach nur einer einzigen
oder nach drei Leenschaltungen beim Stillsetzendes Stuhles, z. B. .durch Eingreifen
ider Stecher, selbsttätig eine richtige Wiedereinstellung ergeben kann, sondern
eben nur bei crenau zwei Leerschaltungen. Um diesen acliteil zu vermeiden, schafft
die vorliegende Erfindung eine Vorrichtung, die sofort beim Rückwärtsdrehen des
Stuhles selbsttätig die Schaltvorrichtung für das Kartenprisma außer Tätigkeit setzt,
ohne daß der Weber sich darum zu bemühen braucht, und die besonders einfach, billig
und betriebssicher ausgebildet auch regelbar ist. Dies geschieht durch eine Reibungskupplung,
die auf einer Welle des Stuhles sitzt und bei deren Rückwärtsgang eine Bewegung

wird, also eine Lockerung ,der Kupplung und damit sehr geringe Reibung erzielt wird,

innenliegende Ende k" gedrückt wird, wodurch ein Schließen bzw. ein festes Anliegen
der Kupplung an einem Stift p bewirkt uM die Ausrückvorrichtung sicher zur Wirkung
gebracht wird. Die gewellten Enden stehen einander um so näher, je mehr die Stelle
von der Welle n entfernt liegt, sie sind an den äußersten Enden nach außen senkrecht
abgebogen und miteinander durch einen über sie geschobenen Blechbügel o verbunden,

wird, selbsttätig sofort (las Wendegetriebe für das Kartenprisma ausgeschaltet und
