Um nun diesen Übelstand zu beseitigen, besteht der zweckmäßig aus Metallpappmachee oder Holzstoff hergestellte Halter gemäß der Erfindung aus einem kegelstumpfförnnigen Mantel, welcher im Innern mit einem umgekehrt kegelstumpfförmigen Mantel so verbunden ist, daß der freie Rand des letzteren in der Standebene liegt.
