Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a melt-bonded spinning fleece from supporting filaments and serve as a melt binder the binder filaments, which are made of polyester.
Spunbonded nonwovens of this type are known for example from DE-PS 22 40 437 and DE-OS 36 42 089. These before known spunbonded nonwovens, in which both the load-bearing fila elements and the binder filaments can consist of polyesters, serve in particular as reinforcing and carrier materials in the needle felting and tufting production. In the spunbonded web according to DE-PS 22 40 437, filaments of a relatively coarse individual titer of more than 8 dtex are used. The proportion of binder filaments is relatively high and is 10 to 30%, preferably between 15 and 25%. In the spunbonded web according to DE-OS 36 42 089, individual titres of 5 or 12 dtex are given in the games; the proportion of binder filaments is between 10 and 50%, preferably between 15 and 30%. The weight per unit area is stated to be greater than 120 g / m 2 .
A similar spunbonded fabric is described in DE-OS 34 19 675. This spun-bonded nonwoven, which is to be used as a reinforcing insert in roofing and sealing sheets, has load-bearing filaments made of polyethylene glycol terephthalate and binder filaments made of polybutylene glycol terephthalate. The proportion of binder filaments should be 10 to 30%. In the examples, the values for the basis weight are 100, 140 and 180 g / m 2 , for the individual titer 4.5 and 5.6 dtex and for the proportion of binder filaments 10 to 30 % specified.
All of these known spunbonded nonwovens are like this with relatively heavy, coarse titer spunbonded fabrics with a comparatively high proportion of melt binder.
The invention has for its object a melt binder to create consolidated spunbonded fabric which is characterized by a high dynamic efficiency, i.e. a high resistance ge against alternating loads.
To solve this problem, a melt-bonded spunbonded nonwoven of the type specified above is characterized in that the weight per unit area of the spunbonded nonwoven in the range between 20 and 120 g / m 2 , the individual titer of the load-bearing filaments and binder filaments in the range between 1 and 7 dtex and the proportion the binder filaments is below 10 percent by weight.
The spunbonded fabric designed according to the invention is concerned a comparatively fine titre light spun fleece with low basis weight and low melt binder proportion of. Surprisingly, it has been shown that this is the case appropriately trained spunbond nonwoven despite a relative low proportion of binder filaments good strength properties owns. In particular, the invention is characterized according to the spunbond with a high dynamic Efficiency. That means the spunbond can do very well an alternating load, e.g. a buckling load, from be set. It is therefore particularly suitable as a reinforcer for shoes and clothing or for use for curtains and blinds. For the high dynamic cloth activity are obviously the low basis weight and the low proportion of binder filaments and the comparative wise fine filament titer in connection with the selected Material pairing (polyester - polyester) responsible.
Preferably, the weight per unit area of the spunbonded web is between 30 and 100 g / m 2 , in particular 30 and 90 g / m 2 , the individual titer of the filaments is between 1 and 5 dtex, in particular 1 and 4 dtex, and the proportion of binder filaments is between 5 and 10 percent by weight. The titer of the binder filaments is preferably chosen to be smaller than the titer of the supporting filaments.
The supporting filaments are preferably made of poly ethylene terephthalate, while the polymer melt binder exists, whose melting point is more than 10 ° C, in particular 30 ° C below the melting point of the supporting filaments. Polybutylene terephthalate is preferred as the melt binder or modified polyethylene terephthalate with accordingly reduced melting point used.
In particular, at least the load-bearing filaments made of flame-retardant modified polyesters, such as z. B. describes the DE-PS 23 46 787 exist. The binder filaments preferably also consist of a flame-retardant modified raw material, for example of polybutylene terephthalate, in particular as described in DE-PS 25 26 749.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the Binder filaments an antistatic such as Soot in the spider introduced fleece.
The spunbonded web designed according to the invention can in particular using a rotating baffle and a downstream guide surface are produced, such as this z. B. is described in DE-PS 27 13 241. The Fleece is deposited preferably one after the other switched rows of spinnerets so that one layer structure from load-bearing filaments and binder filaments stands. Expediently contain the two outer ones Do not layer binder filaments.
There is preferably no needling of the deposited fila elements, but only a thermal pre-consolidation as they are is described for example in DE-PS 33 22 936, and a subsequent final thermal Ver consolidation, e.g. with smooth or profiled roller. Especially the thermal solidification is preferably carried out by Hot air, e.g. in sieve drum fixers, which are embossed roller pair is connected downstream.
The light spunbond nonwoven formed according to the invention is free of resinous binders and therefore inherently difficult to remove flammable. As previously mentioned, the flame retardant availability through suitable selection of flame retardant modifiers raw materials for the supporting filaments and the binders filaments can still be improved. This flame retardant lightweight Spunbonded fabrics can then also be used in rooms at risk of fire are used, e.g. B. as a base material for curtains, Wallpaper, blinds, or as components for seat covers in Vehicles or aircraft.
Particularly voluminous spunbonded webs result from one possible minimum proportion of binder filaments and a sieve drum fixation. These spunbonded fabrics also have one Surface structure with many fiber ends that add adhesion of coating materials of PVC or bitumen clearly elevated. Such voluminous fleece with rich fibers Surface are also suitable for the production of filters fabrics.
The addition of antistatic agents, in the simplest case of soot, in the Melting cylinders also allow the use of the erfin properly formed spunbonded in explosion-proof zones or as a filter medium for clean rooms.
The dyeability of the enamel binder can match that of the the filaments by modifying the melt binder raw material be adjusted; instead, the different Dyeability also used for interesting color effects will.
