Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Viehtränkebecken von derjenigen Art_s welche an jeder beliebigen Stelle des Leitungsrohres angebracht werden können. Die bekannten Bekken dieser Art sind so beschaffen, daß sie einerseits mit dem Rohr und anderseits mit der Krippenwand fest zu verschrauben sind und sie auch nur in einer ganz bestimmten Art und Weise angeordnet werden können. Das Neue beim Erfindungsgegenstand besteht nun darin, daß, zum Zwecke das Becken auf verschiedene Weise einbauen zu können, je eine Anschlußöffnung hinten und unten vorgesehen ist, und daß zur Befestigung am Leitungsrohr ein Metallband und entsprechende Rippenpaare angeordnet sind. Flanschen und Schrauben sind vollkommen vermieden.The subject of the invention is a cattle drinking bowl of the type _s which can be attached at any point on the conduit. Das Tränkebecken, welches ebensowohl aus Eisen wie aus Steingut o. dgl. bestehen kann, hat eine besondere, nach unten von zwei Seiten verjüngte Form und ist größer wie alle bekannten. Die zur Anlage kommende Rückwand α ist glatt und senkrecht, während die Vorderwand b, c einen stumpfen Winkel bildet. Im Oberteil c befindet sich die Tränk- öffnung für das Tier. Ferner sind zwei Anschlüsse d und e vorgesehen, von denen der eine Anschluß d im unteren schrägen Teil der Rückwand liegt und der andere Anschluß e unmittelbar senkrecht nach unten führt. Diese ao Anschlüsse liegen zwischen zwei Rippenpaaren m und η bzw. p und n. Zur Befestigung des Beckens am Rohr f dient ein Metallband g, welches mit dem einen Ende, wenn der Anschluß an oder auf der Futterbank, wie as nach Abb. 2, erfolgen soll, mittels Bolzen h scharnierartig an den Rippen η angelenkt ist und mit dem anderen Ende mittels eines Querriegels i hinter die Rippen m gelegt! wird. Zwischen Rohr / und Anschluß d kommt eine Gummidichtung Z zu liegen, und der feste Sitz erfolgt durch einen Keil k, welcher längs des Rohres eingeschlagen wird.
