Abstract

Diese Schaftgestaltung hat sich grundsätzlich auch bewährt, jedoch ist zu beobachten, daß bei Füßen mit wenig nach hinten vorspringendem Fersenbein und folglich verhältnismäßig gerade nach oben verlaufen der Achillessehne diese Schafterhöhung stärker als üblich nach hinten gedrückt wird und dabei Stauchfalten gerade im Bereich des Achillessehnenansatzes erzeugt. Der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Sportschuh besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Schaft 1 und einem Schuhboden 2, der keiner näheren Erläuterung bedarf. Wie aus Fig. 1 erkennbar ist, verläuft im Schaftquartier 3 der obere Schaftrand 4 zur Fersenscheitellinie 5 hin abwärts und weist im Bereich der Fersenscheitellinie eine Einbuchtung 6 auf, durch die der Achillessehnenansatz freigehalten ist (Fig. 2). Die Innenseite des Schaftes unterhalb des Schaftrandes 4 weist eine Polsterung 7 auf. An den gegen überliegenden Seiten des Schaftes im Schaftquartier 3 ist ein im ganzen mit 8 bezeichneter Aufsatz durch Nähte 9 fixiert, der den oberen Schaftrand 10 des Schaftes 1 im Fersenbereich bildet. Der Aufsatz 8 hat eine Form, die der eingangs geschilderten bekannten, fersenseitigen Schafterhöhung entspricht, so daß der obere Schaftrand 10 vom Quartier 3 aus bis zur Fersenscheitellinie 5 hin deutlich ansteigt (vgl. Fig. 2). Im Fersenscheitelbereich weist der Aufsatz 8 einen ovalen oder grob angenähert rechteckigen Abschnitt 11 auf, der die genannte Erhöhung bildet, während sich zu beiden Seiten des Abschnitts 11 Fortsätze 12 nach vorne in das Schaftquartier 3 er strecken. Die Fortsätze 12 verjüngen sich flügelartig nach vorne und sind nur in ihrem relativ schmalen Endbe reich mittels der Nähte 9 befestigt. Im Verlauf ihrer Längsmitte enthalten sie jeweils einen elastisch dehnba ren Einsatz 13. Der Abschnitt 11 des Aufsatzes 8 enthält ebenfalls eine Polsterung 14, die sich jedoch im wesent lichen auf die obere Hälfte des Abschnitts 11 beschränkt, während die untere Hälfte im wesentlichen durch die bei den Materiallagen gebildet ist. Mit dem unteren Drittel übergreift der Abschnitt 11 den unteren Schaftteil 15, der unterhalb des Schaftrandes 4 liegt. Sowohl dieser Schaftteil 15 als auch zumindest die damit in Kontakt befindliche innere Fläche des Aufsatzes 8 bestehen aus einem glatten Werkstoff, z. Der seitliche Rand 22 des inneren Abschnitts 21 verläuft symmetrisch zur Fersenscheitellinie und geht in den oberen Rand 10′ der Fortsätze 12′ über.
