Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a device for refueling a motor vehicle at a gas station.
In previously known methods and devices, the Refueling process as follows: You drive by car to the petrol station to the petrol pump. You get out of the car opens the tank, grabs the nozzle and guides it in the filler neck of the car. After submitting a specific Amount of fuel or when the tank is full, you run the Nozzle from the filler neck and put it in the petrol pump bracket. Located on one at the gas pump The display shows the amount of fuel delivered and the amount to be paid. Located in the gas station itself there is a terminal coupled to the display, with its Help the gas station attendant about the amount of fuel delivered and the price is informed and the petrol pump for the next Can refueling process again. After refueling then you have to go to the gas station building to pay the amount of fuel received there. Subsequently you return to the car and can continue.
The process just described is like this for every driver, or similarly known.
The payment process and the covering must be time-consuming the distance from the car to the gas station building and again be viewed back. Everyone knows how annoying it can be can, if you also want to fill up, at the tap there is now a fully fueled car, the driver of which want to pay for fuel and maybe something else would like to buy the goods often offered at petrol stations. This causes unnecessary waiting times. Typical example of this are those queues of cars that are at motorway service stations e.g. form in holiday seasons.
The object of the invention is a method and a device for refueling a motor vehicle, for example wise to create a car that has a reduction in the Refuel and pay for the amount of fuel received has the required expenditure of time.
According to the invention, a method is proposed in which a blocking system at the latest from the start of the refueling process is effective, that a forward and backward driving of the motor Stuff prevents the payment of the amount at a cash machine located near the motor vehicle is feasible and at the end of the payment process the locking effect of the locking system is automatically removed.
According to the invention, a device is also proposed a passage that can be driven by a motor vehicle points in the area of which the locking system is arranged and at the passage of the cash machine and the petrol pump are provided.
The advantage of the invention is that the driver can pay directly at the gas pump, with the lock facilities is ensured that drivers only then can leave the passage when the payment process abge is closed. The driver thus saves the way to Gas station building and back and the gas station owner can be assured by the existing locking system that a Drivers without having to pay for the amount of fuel refueled have not been able to leave the gas station.
In the course of expanding the invention, it is possible Automate the refueling process as much as possible. While The solution just proposed allows the driver remove the nozzle as before from the gas pump and introduces them into the filler neck of his car by hand and after refueling, the nozzle back in the appropriate holder is on the fuel pump, allowed it the invention that in the presence of a certain fill a tri-dimens on the petrol pump sional and automatically movable filling tube by itself at the filling connecting the car, the vehicle refueled and after Completion of the refueling process is automatically decoupled and returns to its original position.
Es zeigtFurther details of the proposed inventive Merk Male are explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. It shows
Fig. 1 eine Einrichtung mit zwei Sperreinrichtungen, eine Zapfsäule und einen Kassenautomat sowie Fig. 1 shows a device with two locking devices, a petrol pump and a pay machine as well
Fig. 2 shows the same arrangement as shown in Fig. 1, but with a vehicle positioning device and a three-dimensionally movable filling tube.
The device 1 shown in Fig. 1 has two of spaced apart, mutually parallel thresholds 2, which form a through way 3. In the area of the passage 3 , a locking system 4 is provided, which in the example is formed by a locking device 5 , 5 'arranged at the beginning and at the end of the passage, in the form of a barrier blocking the passage 3 . Looking in the direction of travel (arrow), a light barrier 7 is arranged in front of the first blocking device 5, for example. Between the two locking devices 5 there is a petrol pump 9 of the conventional type. Integrated into the petrol pump 9 or as a stand-alone device, a cash dispenser 10 is installed on the passage 3 , which is suitable for cash payment and for accepting credit cards , for example "Eurocards" can be trained and is therefore in a data network with various banks. The individual devices of the arrangement just described are electrically connected to one another. If you drive a car to the device 1 for the purpose of refueling, the car is detected by the light barrier 7 and the locking device 5 located at the start of the passage 3 opens the passage 3 , while the locking device 5 arranged at the end of the passage 3 'Remains closed. The car drives up to the petrol pump 9 and stops there. After the car has passed the blocking device 5 , it automatically closes the passage 3 . The car is then refueled in a conventional manner.
Once the refueling process has been completed, the invoice amount is paid in cash or cashless. The cash machine 10 can now be switched with the at the end of the passage 3 Chen locking device 5 'so that from the end of the payment process, the locking device 5 ' opens automatically and keeps open with the help of a further light barrier 8 or a suitable sensor, until the car has left passage 3 . However, it is also possible that the cash car mat 10 outputs a coded card that is inserted into a located also at the passage 3 card reader 11, wherein the 'connected with the locking device 5 card reader 11 causes an opening of the locking device.
The device 1 described in Fig. 2 allows the fully automatic refueling of a car without the driver having to leave his car. Except for the dispenser 9, the device 1 is designed in exactly the same way as the device 1 described in FIG. 1 . In addition, however, there is a vehicle positioning device 12 , an input terminal 14 and a filling device 15 . The vehicle positioning device 12 has a conveyor system 13 mounted on the floor of the drive-through 3 , which is driven by the car, and transports the car into a very specific position, as is also known from car washes. The conveyance of the car in a certain location is therefore important to enable the filling device 15 to refuel the car automatically. For this purpose, each car must have a specially designed, not described filler neck, which is recognized as such by sensors arranged on the filling device 15 . Through the participation of the sensors, an arranged on the filling device 15 , three-dimensionally movable and preferably hydraulically controlled fill pipe 16 is automatically coupled to the filler neck of the car. The filling device 15 is therefore nothing other than a fuel pump 9 , in which the fuel nozzle is replaced by the automatically movable and connectable filling pipe 16 . The coupling of the filling pipe 16 to the filler neck of the car, the refueling and the uncoupling of the filler pipe 16 from the filler neck can take place in the manner known, for example, when filling barrels, in particular so-called KEG barrels in breweries. The car tank can be filled from below as well as from the side or from above. The filler pipe 16 is suitably equipped with a return line, which allows the air escaping during the refueling process and the gasoline vapors produced in a manner that is as harmless to the environment as possible in the tank at the gas station. The input terminal 14 serves to input the type and the intended amount of the fuel to be refueled before the refueling process. You can enter a certain amount as well as the command "fill up". A check valve is expediently installed in the filler tube 16 , in order to prevent an overflow of the car tank in the event of an incorrectly entered quantity or when filling up with fuel. Instead of the locking system formed by two barriers 4 , the vehicle positioning device 12 can also be equipped with a locking system 4 , for example in the form of raised barriers 6 , which prevent unauthorized driving away without being paid. In this case, the locking system 4 of the vehicle positioning device 12 must be electrically connected to the automatic teller machine 10 . Regardless of which locking system 4 the device 1 is ultimately equipped with, the refueling of a car is carried out in such a way that the car is brought into a position by the vehicle positioning device 12 which enables the automatically movable filling pipe 16 of the filling device 15 , the visualized filler neck to control the car independently and to couple to it. Either before or even after the coupling process of the filler tube 16 , the driver enters the desired amount of fuel through the open side window of his car door at the input terminal 14 without leaving his car. He can initiate the refueling process with a start button. If the specified amount of fuel has been dispensed or the tank is full, the filler pipe 16 is automatically uncoupled from the filler neck and moved back to its starting position away from the car. The input terminal 14 is expediently arranged at the same height as the cash register machine 10 or integrated therein, so that the motorist can pay the required amount without having to drive his car a little further and can have the unlocking process of the locking system 4 effected by the payment process . Depending on the design of the locking system 4 , either the barrier-like locking device 5 'is opened or the barrier-like locking system 4 of the vehicle positioning device 12 is released , so that the vehicle can clear the passage 3 by leaving the same for a subsequent vehicle.
In conclusion, it should be noted that the invention in the choice of the individual furnishing components is largely based on already known components and on the electrical scarf device of these components. Thus, for example light barriers 7, 8 and with the light barriers 7, 8 connected barriers shaped locking devices 5, 5 ', as well as interacting with them card reader 11 of parking been known. The ticket machines 10 used there are also part of the prior art and can be transferred to the invention, as are those ticket machines 10 which, for example, enable the selection of different tickets and which are used by the Federal Railway. The previously described input terminal 14 can be designed in accordance with the last-mentioned machines. Only in the filling device 15 and the filling tube 16 , as well as in the locking system 4 of the vehicle positioning device 12 , the invention leaves the specialist to make the special configuration in detail without this being described in more detail here.
