Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Teppich, insbesondere getufteten Teppich, mit geschäumtem Erst- und textilem Zweitrücken in Form eines textilen Gewebes.The invention relates to a carpet, in particular tufted Carpet, with foamed first and textile back in Form of a textile fabric.

Derartige Teppiche sind allgemein bekannt, wobei das Herstel lungsverfahren zum Beispiel in der EP-A-1 68 623 beschrieben ist. Dementsprechend wird nach dem bekannten Verfahren der textile Zweitrücken z. B. mittels einer Anpreßwalze an den ge schäumten Rücken geführt, angepreßt und mit diesem verklebt. Dabei handelt es sich jedoch vornehmlich nur um eine oberflä chenhafte Anbindung des textilen Zweitrückens an dem geschäum ten Erstrücken mit der Folge, daß sich der textile Zweitrük ken relativ leicht lösen läßt. Dies kann durch einen einfa chen Abziehversuch demonstriert werden. Des weiteren ist bei den bekannten Teppichkonstruktionen dieser Art von Nachteil, daß die Verklebung des textilen Zweitrückens mit dem geschäum ten Erstrücken über Breite und Länge des Teppichs bzw. der Teppichbahn ungleichförmig ist. Dies läßt sich sehr einfach durch Ansicht des Teppichrückens gegen das Licht erkennen. Der Teppichrücken stellt sich dem Betrachter als äußerst "fleckig" dar. Die genannten Flecken rühren von erhöhter Kunst schaumansammlung beim Ankleben des textilen Zweitrückens her. Dementsprechend ungleichförmig sind die bekannten Teppiche auch hinsichtlich ihrer Elastizität, Formstabilität, Wärme durchlässigkeit, Bodenhaftung, etc. Aufgrund der dargelegten Probleme werden nach wie vor in der Praxis entweder Teppiche hergestellt, die ausschließlich einen Schaumstoffrücken oder ausschließlich einen Textilrücken aufweisen. Letztere zeichnen sich durch eine große Härte auf, so daß derartig ausgebildete Teppiche im wesentlichen nur für den sogenannten Objektbereich sinnvoll und zweckmäßig sind. Den bekannten Teppichen mit Tex tilrücken fehlt also eine ausreichend hohe Geschmeidigkeit und ein entsprechend angenehmer Gehkomfort, wobei diese Voraus setzungen mittlerweile auch im Hotelgewerbe, in Büros und Re präsentationsbauten gefordert werden. Der Textilrücken wird bei der bekannten Ausführungsform mit dem Teppich-Oberflächen material bzw. Flor mittels eines Klebers verbunden, wobei sich in der Praxis gezeigt hat, daß diese Verbindung eine relativ geringe Knick- und Bruchfestigkeit des Teppichs zur Folge hat. Des weiteren läßt auch die Dimensionsstabilität bei dieser Ausführungsform zu wünschen übrig. Das gleiche gilt für die Alterungsbeständigkeit. Eine lose Verlegung ist aufgrund der geringen Dimensionsstabilität praktisch nicht möglich.
