Abstract

Hitherto used cores of lithogenic components, bonded with resins, starches and carbon dioxide, are consolidated under the action of temperature and pressure. Die Erfindung betrifft einen wasserlöslichen Kern mit variabel zu definierender Anfangsstabilität, die im Laufe des Gießprozesses durch Einwirkung von Druck und Temperatur nachläßt, sodaß sich der Kern am Ende des Gießprozesses durch geringe Krafteinwirkung in staubförmige Komponenten zerlegen läßt, bzw. ohne äußere Krafteinwirkung durch Wasser ausspülbar ist. Die Anfangsstabilität ist dabei so variabel definier­ bar, daß sie durch Veränderung einer einzelnen Kompo­ nente problemlos den realen Prozeßparametern Tempera­ tur und Druck angepaßt werden kann. Diese Stabilität kann somit zugleich auf ein Mindestmaß beschränkt werden, um Zerstörbarkeit bzw. Löslichkeit der Kerne zu beschleunigen und zu erleichtern. Die Kernkompo­ nenten haben keinerlei negative Auswirkung auf die Gießwerkstoffe.
