Thermoelektrische Batterie für Kraftmaschinen. Die zur Verwendung gelangende Thermobatterie besteht aus den dünnen Elektrodenblechen a und b, z. B. Konstantan- und Stahlblech, die durch die isolierenden Abstandsstücke i getrennt und durch die leitenden Abstandsstücke c und h metallisch leitend verbunden, d. i. hintereinander geschaltet sind; die Abstandsstücke h bilden die Heizrippen (Abb. i).Thermoelectric battery for prime movers. Der zwischen den Batterien frei gelassene Spalt f ist teilweise mit einem isolierenden Zwischenstück p verschlossen. Isolierende Platten o, Querleisten l und Bolzen qu dichten das Auspuffrohr derart ab, daß die Abgase nicht in den Batterieraum gelangen können.
