Die überschüssige Verbrennungsluft wird mit etwa noch unverbrannten Gasen wegen ihrer größeren spezifischen Schwere in der Hauptsache durch das Rohr f abziehen und zur Düse g gelangen, während die vollverbrannten, also leichten Gase zum Kochaufsatz gelangen und mit den Kochschwaden durch das Rohr / abziehen. Es wird also erreicht, daß trotz der teilweisen Wärmeabgabe der Gase an den Heizmantel hocherhitzte Gase 8u zur Kochstelle gelangen.
