Description
The invention relates to a forming cart for wide pitcher with an impeller and on and off switchable, form wheel sitting next to it.
The currently known wide barrow has not been able to hold its own in practice. A major disadvantage that should be emphasized is that the peat pieces are not always made the molding wheel or box could fall out because of the peat paste on the walls of the Forms stick and a vacuum has to be created around the boxes.
With today's fuel shortage, even the smallest bog areas are exploited in the economic interest. There is therefore a need for a peat forming and laying machine that eliminates human beings as much as possible Manpower and artificial energy sources with the greatest mobility and simplicity the operator, utilizing the force required to move them, the Forms pieces of peat and displays them at any point, in such a way that that sticking of the peat mash to the boom wheel avoided and a time-consuming Cleaning of the forms is not required and furthermore the shaped pieces of peat do not have to be moved again before they dry.
Be by the sheet on the drawings I and II and depicted Torfform- -ablegerad met in full extent. On sheet I the overall arrangement and on sheet II the peat shape and peat removal wheel r dm is shown individually. The funnel and the peat forming and laying wheel are mounted on or on a wide drive wheel p . The entire device is m on a common axis, which is connected p integral with the drive wheel, on the driving wheel by a rolling p advanced into the drawbar s clamped horse.
The peat bog, which has been extracted in any way and, if necessary, processed into a pulpy mass, is filled into the funnel q at the extraction point and the machine is transported on the wide drive wheel ρ by a horse to the dry field. During transport, the peat form and deposit wheel r is switched off by switching lever i (sheet II) into the position indicated by dashed lines.

The peat shaping and laying wheel r - shown on sheet TI - is constructed as follows. The wheel housing is attached to the axle bushing o, through which the common axle Hi, which is firmly connected to the drive wheel p, is guided. The housing consists of an inner, r, and an outer wheel casing indicated at f. Furthermore, depending on the size of the wheel and the desired pieces of peat, the peat shape knives α are firmly connected to the axle bushing by means of strong springs d in any number. The springs are attached at their other end to the bezeicli- with h 'Neten round iron, where the Messcr are riveted α again. The axially arranged knives α are guided in slots in the outer wheel housing, while the inner wheel housing provides a detent for the knives. The locking disk g is also firmly connected to an axle bushing ο ao, while the locking disk Ii is attached to the axle in. The disk «■ is provided with a notch into which the locking device Ä 'attached to the disk Ii engages. 'The stop is by lever; pressed into the j notch. By the per se known! Locking device is achieved that, depending on its setting when moving the \ * orrichtung, the peat forming and peat must join the movement of the drive wheel. Should the wheel: ■ not come into action, .so is the lever; to bring in the dashed position, then the lock k by ; the spring / pressed up, so that the discs g and Ii can run free in front of each other [ and thus the peat-forming and peat-laying wheel does not take part in the movements of the driving wheel. The peat forming and laying wheel is arranged in such a way that it engages in the lower part of the funnel and at the same time closes the (funnel here. The lower part of the funnel, the mouthpiece u, is constructed somewhat elastic and extends to the lower center of the wheel r t or more. at the supporting frame at the lower part of the hopper of the Torfform- and -ablegerades r is a guide rail c firmly connected and bent such that the distance from the axial center m from top to down constantly increases. vertically below the axial center to both sides ends the guide rail demand;.! the short the greatest distance was reached from the center of the axis previously now, if the peat form and -ablegerad after switching on the hard disk k forced to rotate so; grasp the 'guide rails c under the j round iron b the cutting knife α and gradually force the knives into the funnel and into the peat until the knives completely close the lower mouthpiece of the filling box and the Divide the peat mash into the desired shaped pieces. The peat pulp is always firmly compressed into the lower part of the funnel due to its own weight and the vibrations that occur during transport and is still compacted by the more and more protruding knives. If the knives have now reached the lower end vertically below the center of the axis, they are pulled back into their original position by the spring force of the tensioned springs d and release the piece of peat that has formed between the knives. The piece of peat is now completely brought out of the mouthpiece by the following knife and, since the whole device is constantly moving forward and the mouthpiece is located directly above the ground, it is placed on the ground. There is a clinging of the peat mash to the wheel. Since the knives are automatically withdrawn and thus the air can reach the fittings on all sides, this is completely excluded, as has also been proven by trial operation. In this way, one piece of peat next to the other is laid out on the open field to dry in uninterrupted sequence until the funnel is emptied.
Only one man is required to operate the gate forming and depositing machine, who can guide the horse at the same time. By running tests is determined that 40,000 to 50,000 peats can be designed daily, throughout were for peat extraction, preparation of Torfbreies and necessary for the operation and to transport the Torfform- and -ablegemaschine only three men 1 and a horse.
