Description

Einrichtung zum mechanischen Aufsticken eines Perlen tragenden Stickfadens mittels der vielnädligen Stickmaschine. Gemäß des Hauptpatentes ist die Perlabteilvorrichtung zweiteilig ausgeführt, wobei nur der eine Teil an der Sticknadel selbst angeordnet wird, während die andere Abteilerhälfte als besonderer Finger auf einer Hilfsschiene befestigt ist, die auf dem Nadellineal gelagert ist und an deren Bewegungen teilnimmt, aber außerdem noch während des Stickvorganges eine quer zur Nadelachse gerichtete Zusatzbewegung erhält, damit die Abteilfinger um den den Perlfaden führenden Greifer herumfassen können. Wenn mit einer solchen Vorrichtung ein neuer mit Perlen besetzter Stickfaden auf den Stickgrund aufzuheften bzw. nach Beendigung der Stickerei an ihm festzustecken ist, ohne daß dabei Perlen mitgenommen werden, so muß die Zusatzbewegung der genannten Hilfsschiene in der Weise abgeändert werden, daß die Abteilfinger zwar bei der Vorwärtsbewegung der Nadeln seitlich an dem Greifer vorbeigehen, aber auch auf dem gleichen Wege beim Zurückgang der Nadeln wieder zurückweichen. Dies ist erforderlich, weil der Greifer nach dem Abstellen der Perlzuführung nicht mehr seine Sonderbewegungen ausführt und- somit im Weg der Abteilfinger stehenbleibt: Die Umstellung der Hilfsschienenbewegung wird dadurch erleichtert, daß das Kurvenstück, an dem die von der Hilfsschiene getragene Führungsrolle bei der Vorwärtsbewegung des Nadellineales entlang läuft, an einem am Maschinengestell gelagerten Hebel befestigt ist und beim Versticken von Perlen Schwenkbewegungen ausführt, durch welche die von der Hilfsschiene getragenen Abteilfinger in der erforderlichen Weise nach dem Einstechen der Nadeln in den Stickgrund an die Sticknadeln heranbewegt werden.
