Abstract

The packaging unit for several paper handkerchieves (2) each of which is wrapped in a transparent coloured or clear plastic, cellophane, paper or similar wrapping (1), consists of preferably ten such wrappings (1a,1b...) joined at the edges. Between the edge (3) of the wrapping (1) and the filled pocket (4) is a tear-off line (5), the edges (3a,3b...) of several wrappings (1a,1b..) are welded together. At least part of one side of the packaging unit has holders or fixtures. One side of the connecting-edge has an adhesive foil (7) covered with a pull-of protective piece.
