Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von geruchlosem und farblosem Öl und lwtehl aus Sojabohnen. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren, geruchloses und farbloses Öl und Mehl aus Sojabohnen herzustellen. Es besteht darin, daß man rohe Bohnen, .grob gebrochen und von den Hülsen befreit, mit der dünnen Lösung einer organischen Säure behandelt. Wenn dann die gebrochenen Bahnen .aufgequollen sind, haben sie allen ihren anhaftenden Geruch verloren und sind fast weiß gebleicht. Man nimmt sie dann aus der Flüssigkeit heraus, wäscht sie in Wasser, um jede Spur von Säure zu entfernen und trocknet sie. Danach preßt man das Öl ab und verarbeitet den Rückstand zu Mehl, das zur Herstellung von Brot, Kuchen u. dgl. dienen kann. Für diese Zwecke eignet sich das so gewonnene Mehl besonders, da es keinen unangenehmen Geruch ,hat und fast weiß ist.Process for the production of odorless and colorless oil and lwtehl made from soybeans. Nach dem Trocknen .der Bohnen werden sie zwecks Gewinnung des Öls mittels einer geeigneten Presse ausgepreßt, nachdem rnän ctic Stücke vorher mit Dampf auf solche Temperatur erwärmt hat, damit .das darin enthaltene Eiweiß nicht gerinnt.
