Abstract

The wall-mounted urinal comprises a basin (8a) which is angled forwards and which is supplied with rinsing water at the top under control of a magnetic valve actuated via a sensor system, with a drainage point at its base. The simple wall mounting of the urinal is facilitated by making it in 2 parts respectively comprising an upper part (8) including the basin (8a) and its drainage connection (8c), fitted directly to the wall and a lower part (12) used to conceal the wall fixings and the supply and drainage connections. Pref. the sensor (11) for controlling the automatic flushing valve is located above the basin (8a), the valve itself being located beneath it behind the lower part (12).
