Einstellvorrichtung des Druckstückes für Lederabschärfmaschinen. Die
Erfindung stellt eine weitere Verbesserung der Einstellvorrichtung des Druckstückes
für Lederabschärfmaschinen nach Patent 35_47I3 dar, insbesondere der Ausführung
nach Abb. 4 dieses Patents, bei dem die eine Stellschraube in dem Druckhebel angeordnet
ist. Die neue Anordnung unterscheidet sich von derjenigen des Hauptpatents dadurch,
daß die beiden Einstellvorrichtungen nicht nebeneinander angeordnet sind, sondern.
daß die eine Vorrichtung von der anderen getragen wird, so daß also nur eine einzige
Stellschraube, wie in Abb. @ des Hauptpatents, vorgesehen ist. Herdurch ist erreicht,
daß das mit dem Fußtritt in.Verbindung stehende Ende des Druckhebels beim Anheben
des Druckstückes aus der Arbeitsstellung nur dieselbe Hubbewegung ausführt wie das
Druckstück selbst, während bei der alten Anordnung diese Bewegung im Verhältnis
der Hebelarmlängen des Druckhebels vergrößert war, was das - Bewegen des mit dem

In dem Führungskopf a des Lagers für die Führung des Druckstückes
k, ist ein Kolben b verschiebbar gelagert, der in bekannter Weise durch einen Exzenterhebel
c entgegen der Wirkung einer Feder d nach unten gedrückt werden kann. Dieser Bewegung
muß .die Mutter e der Stellschraube f folgen, da der Bund e1 der Mutter
sich gegen die untere Stirnfläche des Kolbens b legt. Durch Niederdrücken des Exzenters
c wird also das Druckstück k in die Arbeitsstellung gebracht, und diese selbst kann
durch die Stellschraube f geregelt werden. Von dem Kolben b wird ein Bolzen g getragen,
um den der Druckhebel k schwingen kann. Dieser drückt mit den Ansätzen hl auf die
obere Stirnfläche der Mutter e. Durch eine in das Loch h2 eingehängte Kette wird
dieser Hebel mit einem Fußtritt oder Kniehebel verbunden. Wird an der Kette ein
-Zug ausgeübt, dann wird der Hebel nach unten gezogen, bis die Stellschraube i auf
dem Anschlag b1 aufsteht. Die Mutter e mit der Stellschraube f wird hierbei um einen
bestimmten durch die Schraube i regelbaren Betrag nach unten gedrückt, wodurch eine
zweite Arbeitsstellung des Druckstückes k eingestellt wird. Beim Anheben des Exzenters
c geht der Kolben b unter der Wirkung der Feder d nach oben, wobei der Punkt h2
nur denselben Weg beschreibt wie der Kolben b. Die Stellung des Fußtritts wird daher
hierbei nur sehr wenig geändert.
In ähnlicher Weise kann auch die
