Description
The invention relates to a blade root attachment for a fiber tech African rotor blade according to the preamble of claim 1.
A blade root attachment of this type is from US-PS 37 13 752 known. In the known blade root attachment is between Blade base and blade base attachment a conventional fir tree profile intended. This type of attachment is due to the high in Forces occurring during operation the tendency to widen the blade root carrier, which is why they are very massive and heavy must if it should meet the safety requirements. In this context a solution is also known (US-PS 40 45 149), in which Preventing the widening of a wrap is provided. The blade root attachment according to the aforementioned US PS requires considerable Manufacturing effort, since a sinusoidal shaft formation is provided is. Finally, it can be considered a disadvantage that the known blade root mounting an assembly and disassembly of the Bucket not readily possible, as this is only in rotoraxial Direction can take place.
The bayonet-like connection is executed in one row, which has the consequence that the bending stiffness of the Arrangement is severely restricted and also high security requirements cannot be met against centrifugal breakage.
The object of the present invention is a structurally simple and to specify space-saving blade root fastening of the generic type, the fiber is inexpensive, easy to assemble and disassemble and also meets the highest security requirements Centrifugal break is sufficient.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that a Generic blade root attachment has the features that in Labeling part of claim 1 are listed.
The blade root attachment according to the invention not only has the advantage that a blade is mounted from the outside without any intervention in the rotor interior and is removable, but above all is due to the multiple rows of the tooth segments a favorable introduction of force to the centrifugal and bending forces achieved by a gradual build-up of forces is. Due to the multiple rows of the tooth segments in the Blade root attachment achieves a high inherent bending stiffness a reduction in weight on the blade root plate enables or there Security reserves increased. Thanks to the rotationally symmetrical design with the bell-shaped fiber technology in its end area Shaft is achieved a secure fit that is not, such as in the prior art, which poses the risk of widening.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the Blade base consists of two half shells that are welded together are, whereby the rotationally symmetrical blade root with little effort can be produced.
The shaft is in an advantageous development of the invention with the Blade base glued, resulting in a high power transmission at less expensive Fiber stress can be achieved.
Alternatively or additionally, the fiber shaft can riveted an opening transverse to the shaft axis with the blade root or be screwed.
The tooth segments are preferably long and 1/8 of the blade circumference three rows of tooth segments are preferably arranged one behind the other. This allows a favorable introduction of force in the Operating forces, especially centrifugal forces from the show Get the foot into the rotor. The tooth segments are advantageous shaped like a fir tree in cross-section, making it a material-friendly Loading of the tooth segments is achieved. The tooth segments can be without Incline be carried out or with a slope not equal to zero to be in order. The latter case is particularly favorable to an equal to cause early tensioning of the blade root with the blade carrier and to avoid vibrations during operation.
The blade root is advantageous in order to enable low weight made from a titanium base alloy.
Another advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the fiber material in the end area bell-like from a short fiber molding compound can be surrounded. This also reduces weight reached.
Another embodiment of the invention provides that the fiber tech African shaft of the airfoil in the area of the cross-sectional plane one of the blade root plate integrally formed on the blade root ends. The The shaft is glued to the blade root and / or by means of a rivet or a screw attached. However, this simpler version is only possible if the permissible material stresses are on display foot neck and shovel shaft must not be exceeded.
Is preferably between the centrally located breakthrough and the am Circumferentially distributed tooth segments a number of regularly spaced Bores arranged radially aligned with respect to the rotor axis are. This solution also enables weight savings.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the further subclaims.

In Fig. 1 a blade 1 is shown a fiber technical blade 5 is preferably a Pfropfanschaufelblatt connects with a rotor belonging to Schaufelfußträger. 9 The airfoil 5 has a radially extending shaft 4 which is formed in a corresponding opening 2 . The connection between the shaft 4 and the wall of the opening 2 is made by adhesive. The blade root 1 has a number of tooth segments 6 distributed on its inner circumference, which are provided in two rows one above the other. The toothed segments 6 are in engagement via their radially outer flanks 17 with correspondingly adapted flanks 18 of inner flange segments 8 mounted in the blade root carrier. Furthermore, the blade root 1 has a blade root plate 15 which cooperates with a correspondingly designed flange 16 of the blade carrier 9 to support bending forces. A rivet 22 also fixes the shaft 4 on the blade root.
Die Bohrungen reduzieren das Gewicht des Schaufelfußes 1.The embodiment according to FIG. 2 has a dovetail-like widening in the radially inner end region 3 of the shaft 4 , by means of which the shaft 4 can be prevented from slipping out of the opening 2 . Furthermore, a number of radial bores 14 are provided which are closed by shape-matched plugs 20 . The holes reduce the weight of the blade root 1 .
The embodiment of Fig. 3 has a bell-shaped opening. 2 The space between the shaft 4 and the outer wall of the opening 2 is filled with short fiber molding compound 12 . The connection surfaces between the shaft 4 and short fiber molding compound 12 are glued to the blade root 1 .
In Fig. 4 is a cross section along the line AB from Fig. 3 Darge provides. The blade root 1 consists of two half-shells 10 a, 10 b, which are connected to one another along the abutting surfaces 19 . The shaft 4 is rectangular in cross section, while the opening 2 is round in cross section. The space between the shaft 4 and the display foot 1 is filled with short fiber molding compound 12 . The toothed segments 6 , which extend over approximately 1/8 of the circumference, are distributed over the outer circumference of the blade root 1 . The toothed segments 6 are in engagement with inner flange segments 8 of the blade root carrier 9 . Between the inner flange segments 8 , gap sections 7 of approximately the same length are provided, which are used to insert or remove the blade root 1 . For this purpose, the blade root 1 is shifted in the circumferential direction by about 1/8 turn until the toothed segments 6 are completely within the gap sections. The blade root 1 is then pulled radially out of the blade root carrier 9 .
A further embodiment of the invention is shown in FIG. 5, in which the shaft 4 is adapted to the bell-shaped design of the opening 2 .
Another advantageous development of the invention is shown in FIG. 6. In this embodiment, the fiber shaft 4 is glued to the blade root 1 and fastened in the region of the blade root neck 21 by means of a rivet or several rivets 22 . The end 23 of the shaft 4 is located approximately in a cross-sectional plane with the blade root plate 15 of the blade root 1 . With this embodiment, a lower power transmission can be achieved than with the designs shown above, but this design is characterized by a weight saving. In addition, the blade can be replaced without the blade root must be divisible, which leads to an advantageous simplification.
