Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a conveyor belt for transportation of goods to be cooled, from a single or multi-layer Fabric made of plastic fibers.
- Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.A belt is known for the transport of goods conveyor or rubber belt straps, where the rubber belt as fabric reinforced belt is formed and the fabric core an all-round wrapping made of rubber or rubber-like material fen to protect the fabric against wear, damage and has moisture. The rubber is often difficult to remove made flammable or by rubber-like plastics puts. The fabric core can be a multi-layer fabric made of art fabric fibers are built. Such rubber straps are however not for the transport of goods to be cooled suitable because the rubber covering of the fabric core is not tem is temperature resistant. - Here the invention seeks to remedy the situation create.
The invention has for its object a conveyor belt to create the type described above, which the Trans ported transported goods to be cooled and through a particularly simple and functional Structure distinguished.
To achieve this object, the invention teaches that the Ge weave consists of at least para-aramid fibers and is uncoated is. - The invention is based on the knowledge that it with para-aramid fibers made of high temperature resistant Plastic fibers and a fabric made from them or fabric tape without any coating or wrapping for the Use as a conveyor belt for transporting items to be cooled Material is optimally suited. Basis for the aramid fibers is an aramid polymer made from an aromatic slide min and terephthalic acid can be produced. So far it is an aromatic polyamide, such as. B. Polyparaphenylene terephthalamide. The aramid Polymer-spun aramid fibers are characterized by high Temperature resistance, so that the invention Conveyor belt with temperatures up to 500 ° C without damage can be charged. Consequently, the För dergurt ideal for use as a cooling belt, at for example in the case of transport devices for liquid to be cooled tall profiles such as aluminum profiles, components such as monitors or the like The conveyor belt according to the invention can be used alone or on Support tapes from z. B. find plastic use. in the the latter case, the conveyor belt according to the invention by Gluing and / or sewing or vulcanization applied. It be but there is also the possibility of the invention Conveyor belt in sections or in segments on the carrier directions such as chains, walking beams, support profiles or the like bring. There is always a transport device that is used to Transporting goods to be cooled is suitable.
Further features essential to the invention are set out below guided. So the invention provides that the aramid fibers are mixed with peroxidized polyacrylonitrile fibers, to further optimize the temperature resistance. Because this mixture creates a high-performance composite Available, with thermally modified polyacrylonitrile Fa can be used as asbestos substitution fibers, because they're practically infusible and non-flammable. But also the mixture of the aramid fibers with polybenzimidazole leads to increased temperature resistance. It applies to a lesser extent even for glass fibers.
According to a proposal of the invention, the independent meaning comes, it is provided that the fabric is a three-layer linen has wall weave and the three fabric layers by means of at least two binding warp threads are connected. In this embodiment, the funding according to the invention strap preferably without additional carrier as an example Use a cooling belt. In this context, the Invention before that the fibers or threads for the chain 125 tex × 4, for the weft 125 tex × 19 and for the binding chain 1500 dtex × 2, the thread density for the chain 224 Threads / 10 cm and for the weft 90 threads / 10 cm. Want the conveyor belt according to the invention as an endless belt or end Insert loose cooling belt, then the belt ends can be expediently by means of a cuff from the same company glue and / or sew material.
In the following, the invention is based on only one Exemplary embodiment of the drawing explained in more detail; show it:
