Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a brick set made of concrete Creation of a dry stone wall. When building a dry it depends on the wall with a prefabricated stone set to move the bricks so that a natural stone like wall without connecting mass between the stones, for example, mortar.
To create embankments, it is desirable to dry to ver wall inside the actual slope slope anchor so that it can serve to secure the embankment. In addition, such a brick set should also be the end guidance of corners and even rectangular in cross section or enable square pillars.
The present invention therefore has the object reason to create a brick set with which in a a dry wall can be created, which the above wishes fulfilled.
To solve the corresponding technical problem, a brick set made of concrete for creating a dry wall is proposed, which is characterized in that it includes front 1 and corner stones 2 and an anchor stone 3 , the front 1 and corner stones 2 structured view pages 4 and in at least one section at an oblique angle to the visible side 4 have side surfaces 5 , 6 , with which, seen from the visible side 4 , each a sneaky 5 and on the opposite side a front-facing side 6 is formed, that at least one front stone 1 on its back one in plan seen dovetail-shaped recess, and that the anchor stone 3 is formed at its front part in a Schwal benschwanz 9 , and its rear part since Liche projections 8 , which are intended as anchoring to we ken.
The invention also provides a method of manufacturing such a brick set, which is by the characterizing features of claim 6 distinguished.
An embodiment is described in the following description game of the brick set according to the invention based on Drawings described and explained. With reference to FIG. 1, the essential features of the brick set according to the invention can be written most easily. It shows a section of a wall in the floor plan, whereby essentially all stone types of the brick set are shown. These are the front stones 1 , the anchor stone 3 and the corner stone 2 . The shaped blocks 1 have a structured visible side 4 , which can be designed as desired. For example, a structure similar to natural stone can be chosen. At the edge, the structure ends in a collar 13 , which in turn can have a structure. The collar 13 are visible due to the joints of the wall created on that one. The front stones 1 now have, as a characteristic feature, side surfaces 5 , 6 which extend at an oblique angle to the visible side 4 at least in a certain area. These two oblique-angled side surfaces 5 , 6 run parallel to one another, as a result of which one side surface 5, seen from the visible side 4 , forms a rear surface 5 on the front stone 1 and the opposite surface 6 forms a front surface. The stone is presented in the floor plan in such a way that its rear part is offset parallel to its front, structured part. The oblique-angled side surfaces 5 , 6 play an important role when laying the front stones 1 . Namely, they form an anchoring of the front stones 1 in the wall in the created wall, which prevents a stone from being pushed out of the wall structure. The front stones 1 are advantageously used in different lengths. Ideally, for example, the use of front stones 1 with a length of 170, 260 and 350 mm, or 180, 270 and 360 mm if the joints are included, or at least those length relations of the individual stones to each other. By alternating the stone sizes when building a row of stones, a natural-looking, relatively irregular joint pattern is obtained. To lay the front stones 1, they can simply be attached to each other one after the other. If the visible sides of the stones are aligned with each other, vertical joints of the same thickness result from self-abutting inclined surfaces. The upper and lower boundary surfaces of the stones 1 are provided with spacer elements of the same height, here in the form of webs 12 . As a result, the stones 1 can also be laid tilted by 180 °, and this ensures that the horizontal joints are always of the same thickness.
The widest front stone 1 here has a recess on its back, which is designed in the shape of a dovetail. That recess is lined with an insert 9 made of plastic. This insert 9 is part of the stone and is installed with it in the wall to be created. Their function is already clear from FIG. 1. It serves to anchor this front stone 1 on its back in the soil behind the wall. This includes another essential stone, the so-called anchor stone 3 , to the brick set. That is, as shown here, basically torn essentially H-shaped, with a dovetail-shaped extension 10 being formed on one side of the H's.
This extension 10 can be inserted into the corresponding savings from the back of the front stone 1 . Due to the H-shaped design of the anchor stone 3 , projections 8 are formed, which each form an anchor in the ground. Otherwise, the anchor stone 3 is measured at the same height as the front stones 1 via their webs 12 . However, it can be considerably longer, which means that it is anchored deeper in the ground or in the slope to be secured. The rear, acting as anchoring part of the anchor stone 3 can also be designed as a cross or double cross or in turn form a swallow tail.
In Fig. 2, a front stone is shown in perspective presen- tation. The structured view surface 4 with its collar 13 can clearly be seen on it. The vertical spacer elements on the lower or upper boundary surface are given in the example shown by webs 12 which form corresponding increases.
For clarification, an anchor stone 3 is also shown in perspective in FIG. 3.
The third type of stone of the brick set according to the invention is the corner stone 2 , as shown for example in FIG. 4. It is a so-called 1.5 stone because it has 1.5 times the length of the shortest front stone. This corner stone 2 , like the front stones 1, seen from its visible side 4 , each has an oblique side surface 5 , which is sneaky, as well as a 6 , which is available. With this corner stone 2 , a wall can easily be laid around a 90 ° corner. The corner stone 2 is also secured by the side surface 6 against slipping out at least in one direction.
Fig. 5 shows another, so-called 2-corner stone with the same characteristics already mentioned above, but correspondingly longer. However, this cornerstone shown here is secured in both directions before it slips out of the wall. For this purpose, it has a projection 15 on that side where there is only one underhand side surface 5 .
Fig. 6 shows three interesting ways to build a square in cross-section, or right angled pillar from sheer cornerstones. For the next layer of stones, all stones would be tilted by 180 ° so that the vertically running joints were broken.
The brick set according to the invention requires a special len device for its manufacture. For the sake of simplicity, it is preferred to let the plunger, which acts as a vibrator, descend from above, so that the reaction force is exerted from the floor. In order to be able to produce the front stone 1 with the rear recess, a special method is now to be used, which is described below with reference to FIG. 7. The drawing plate 11 is provided with a body 12 which forms the negative form of a corresponding saving on the side of the front stone 1 to be produced . With the body 12 shown in the example shown, the formation of a side surface on the front stone 1 viewed from the visible side is made possible, as will become clear in the course of the further description. Another body 13 on the drawing plate 11 has a very important function for the production of the dovetail-shaped recess on the back of the molded block 1 . This body 13 is a trapezoidal profile in cross section, which extends in the drawing direction (see arrow) of the drawing plate 11 . A plastic hollow profile 9 is now placed over that profile 13 . This has a clear width below, which corresponds to the width of the trapezoid of profile 13 . Its clear height corresponds to the height of the trapezoid of profile 13 , so that the plastic profile 9 comes to rest on the body 13 with its inside. In cross-section, this plastic profile 9 is now tail-shaped. It includes with the body 13 along its inner edge each a cavity, but is strong enough not to be deformed by the stamp pressure ver. The plastic profile 9 can be made of PVC, for example, and is of the same length as the clear box width. Next, the molding box 15 is passed under the bodies 12 and 13 onto the drawing plate 11 . The box walls run flush with the outer boundary surfaces of the body 12 . The shape box-transverse walls, which come to rest at the ends of the profile 9 , each have trapezoidal recesses 14 and 16 , which allowed them to be lowered over the body 12 and 13 . The recesses have the same mass as that of the body 12 and 13 . The mold box 15 also has a body 17 on its inner sides, which creates a corresponding recess for forming a front surface on the front stone 1 to be produced . As soon as the molding box 15 is shut down, the plastic profile 9 is inserted over the trapezoidal strip 13 , then filled in and a stamp 18 with a structured underside 19 is lowered onto the concrete and pressurized. At the same time, this stamp 18 acts as a vibrator. Now that the concrete has vibrated into the mold, the stamp 18 is relieved of pressure and first the drawing plate 11 is pulled away in the direction of the arrow. Here, the bodies 12 and 13 move through the cutouts 14 and 16 , which have the contours corresponding to them. Then the molding box 15 is raised beyond the stamp. Finally Lich the stamp 18 is raised and the finished blank of the front stone 1 is thus removed and can be conveyed for drying, after which the process begins again. It is important to emphasize that the synthetic material profile 9 remains in the front stone 1 and the dovetail-shaped recess in the concrete of the stone is somewhat lined. Due to the shape of its cross section, the profile 9 itself could also be removed from the stone. To produce a next front stone, a new plastic profile 9 must always be placed on the body 13 on the drawing plate 11 , but this is done very quickly and easily.
