des sogenannten Kaminzapfens entfernt wird. Um die Ausübung des Verfahrens nach

The Huh can move freely back and forth in the longitudinal direction, this cooling creates considerable difficulties for such piercing mills, such as that of 1lannesmann, where the mandrel bar is not pulled out of your pierced, hollow body after the piercing operation, but is pushed through it, whereupon it is After your passage, the hollow body is removed in the axial direction while turning the so-called chimney plug. In order to enable the method according to your main patent to be carried out with such a piercing mill, in particular a lIannesmann piercing apparatus, a cooling device according to the present invention is used.
It is already known that the mandrel rod with the cooling water line can be moved
to be connected in such a way that the cooling water is in the working position when a shut-off valve is opened
flows through the mandrel rod and cools the mandrel while it is shut off in the rest position
will.
The drawing shows an advantageous embodiment, schematically
partly in view, partly in a longitudinal section through the mandrel bar.
Kammzapfens A ist also der Wasserzufluß abgesperrt.
In the drawing, H denotes the piercer, above which according to the
Method according to the main patent, the ingot is punched between two skew rollers.
This piercer sits on one egg of a hollow mandrel, the other on the other
The end is stored in the mandrel bar holder and contains a tube K inside
which the cooling water is fed, which then through the annulus between
Inner tube and outer tube flows back to in any suitable manner by a
oiling at the opposite end to run off to the outside. A is the so-called chimney spigot
for the mandrel bar holder, which at I. is rotatably mounted in the pin stand 3I
and moves out of the designated position, the working position, by 90 ° aside
can swing around the perforated ingot when it is removed over the mandrel bar
through the chimney spigot stand. The rabbit pin stand is in the working position
held by a locking lever D, which is used to open the stand against a stop surface
Dl is moved back. According to the invention, the mandrel bar holder Cl and are now
the setting piece C 'in the pin A at C is not full, but purple. A cooling water pipe
B with Halin Bi is arranged so that one end of the cooling water line enters the bore
C opens, while (read the other end in a suitable manner to the cooling water supply line
connected. A pushrod F is articulated to your Wasserhalinliebel,
which carries a plate F1 at one end. At the pin is a guide G with a plate-shaped
Abutment for a spring 1: arranged. In the working position, the push rod
F pushed back against the action of the spring by the locking lever D and holds the
'\ @Tasserliahn B1 open, so that the cooling water from line B through the hole
G can flow into the inner tube K of the mandrel rod and flow back around it.
This means that the piercing mandrel is constantly cooled during the piercing operation. Will
after the same the locking lever D is released and moved against the stop surface Dl,
so the spring E relaxes and closes automatically by means of the push rod F.
the tap Bi and thus the mandrel rod against the water supply line. When opening the
Comb pin A is shut off the water flow. Will the comb cone for a
new piercing operation is concluded, so at the moment of the end is also the
Cooling water supply line open, so that when a new ingot between the skew rolls
is introduced, the piercer is effectively cooled from the start.
zu öffnen oder zu schließen.if you do not operate independently, the cock BI is manual
to open or close.
