Abstract

The invention relates to a mounting which transmits the weight of the bicycle directly via the frame onto the suspending apparatus. By this means, the bottom bracket bearing and the wheel bearings are completely relieved of load. The device, which is very simple to install (with only 2 screws!), is provided with a steel eye by means of which the bicycle can be secured against theft using a ring lock. Furthermore, the mounting can be folded flat against the wall when the bicycle is removed, as a result of which the practical value in confined accommodation is increased and the danger of injury is to a large degree eliminated.

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, für ein handelsübliches Fahrrad jeder Größe, eine Halterung zu konzipieren, die eine sachgerechte und platzsparende Aufbewahrung z. B. in Fahrrdkellern, privaten Auto garagen oder zu gewerblichen Ausstellungszwecken, gewährleistet.
