hochkommenden Bandleitunnach Patent 349743 aufgenommen.
Device for backing out the sheets on printing presses. According to patent 380326 the leading sheet edge is removed from the printing cylinder by circling grippers and at the same time the rear sheet edge is picked up by the tape guide according to patent 349743, which comes up close to the printing cylinder jacket. This results in the disadvantage that the sheets are initially pulled almost entirely in the direction of the tangent from the printing cylinder; If the back of the sheet sticks to the impression cylinder lift because the ink is not dry enough, there will be problems with the execution, in bad cases the sheet will tear or the lift will be damaged. Furthermore, if the leading edge of the sheet is guided in a circle over the highest point - eg downwards, an undesirably long ribbon line is necessary. The present invention is intended to avoid these inconveniences by guiding the gripper rod, which removes the bow], no longer takes place in a circle, but in an elongated cycloid, and only up to the maximum point with the following swinging back down to the coming up ribbon cables. The elongated cycloid corresponds more to a large impression cylinder circumference, so that the entire length of the sheet is freed from the impression cylinder lift more quickly and is lifted off more smoothly instead of being torn off.
In the drawing, 6o means the printing cylinder, which in this case is, for example, 1i3 the length of the sentence bed path larger in circumference, 6 or 61 and 62 are the ribbon lines that go up and down close to the printing cylinder jacket, which take up the end of the sheet, steer to the right and forward to the discharge belts 57. The gripper rods 28 and 41 are mounted in arms which are each attached to a gear wheel 46 on the side frame of the press and rotate with this when the toothed rack 45 is moved to the left or right by the pull rod 47 and lever 48 from the cam disk 49, and when the gear wheel 46 rolls on the rack 45 in that its axis is guided to the left or right by the pull rod 50 and the lever arm 51 from the cam disk 52. The printing of the largest sheet is finished when the printing cylinder grippers 26 indicated on the left have reached point c; here the sheet is removed by the gripper 27. The gripper bars 28 and 41 arrive at the same speed with the printing cylinder unifang from point g below at point c; this movement takes place by shifting the rack 45 to the left with the pull rod 50 stationary; the grippers take over the bow and guide it upwards and to the right, namely in the dotted elongated cycloid up to position 271; the gear wheel 46 is for this purpose rolled over the now fixed rack [5 to the right to the dotted position 461. The sheet has been completely detached from the Druckzylinfieraufzug by this movement up and far to the right, and the sheet end is from the ribbon lines 6 from the beginning steered to the right. At a higher speed of the press or thinner paper, the sheet is also pressed in a known manner by a curved rake 54 rotatable with the shaft 53 during the upward movement of the front sheet edge to the dotted position 541 as a result of its arm 55 resting on the cam disk 56 on the gear wheel 46. The grippers 27 are not guided further to the right and down as they have since then, but they swing back to point c and, as a result of the shifting of the rack 45 to the right, further down to about point g, where they now stretch the tape lines 6 that have come up release the lying bow in order to then turn back and grasp the next bow. In vibratory presses, the movement of the gripper 27 can be steered by earlier shifting the rack 45 to the right so that the grippers pass the pressure cylinder and also do not hit the opening cams located there is moved on from point b to a while the record bed is idle, the grippers 27 pass the printing cylinder unhindered, since the latter with the gripper edge has meanwhile reached point a, so that the retracted part of the cylinder jacket is now at point c The rake 47 has meanwhile returned to its rest position to the left. The downward movement of the gripper 27 out of the dotted adjusting element 271 can be achieved by simultaneous or successive use of the tension members 50 and 47, the levers 51 and 48 and the cam disks 52 and 49 also regulate arbitrarily and the aisle of the tape lines 6 and the forwarding tapes of the filing ers adapt so that z. B. to swing down first the tie rod 50, which includes the axis of the gears 46, is stationary and the rack 45 is pushed to the right until the grippers deliver the sheet just above the tape lines at point h; by subsequent simultaneous actuation of the tie rods 50 and 47 to the left, the grippers then go to the left in order to fetch the new sheet.
