zu kommen sucht. Beim Scheuern liegt die Platte α mit der vollen Fläche auf dem Fußboden
auf. Da das Scheuertuch ebenfalls gleichmäßig aufliegt, so kann es sich auch nur
gleichmäßig abnutzen. Die Platte e wirkt beim Scheuern als Steuerplatte und stellt sich
der Größe der den Schrubber bedienenden Person entsprechend selbsttätig in jede erforderliche

Handgriff m ausgebildet, und die beiden Schenkel, in denen die Walzen i und / sitzen, können
durch eine Querschiene η miteinander verbunden sein. Die beiden Walzen dienen zum Auswringen
des schmutzigen Scheuertuches, und zwar die Walze i als eigentliche Wringwalze,
die Walze; als Gegendruckwalze. Zum Gebrauche wird der Schrubber herumgedreht, so
daß die Scheuertuchfläche b nach oben zu liegen kommt, wie Abb. 3 zeigt, worauf durch
Druck auf den Handgriff m die Wringwalze i aus den beiden Bügeln h ausgelöst wird. Nunmehr
wird die Walze i über das Scheuertuch geschoben. Je mehr dabei auf den Griff m ein
nach oben gerichteter Druck ausgeübt wird, desto mehr pressen sich die beiden Walzen i
und j gegen das Scheuertuch -bzw. die Rückseite der Scheuerplatte α an und desto stärker
