Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shaft, esp. For landfills, be standing from a plurality of interconnected plastic pipe shots that form a substantially vertical plastic tube.
Plastic pipes are regularly found for shaft construction at landfills with large pipe diameter use. The individual pipe shots are generally welded together or with a socket end and One-piece end inserted into each other, so that a one-piece plastic tube re arises, which forms the shaft wall. Such from the De poniegut and manholes surrounded by manholes can have a depth of 100 m and more. The queue at the shaft wall de landfill body tends to significant subsidence, up to 30% and can be more. From such settlements of the landfill body result due to the friction between the landfill body per and the shaft wall considerable axial loads, which must be picked up by the plastic tube. Such an axial Stress can destroy the shaft floor, in particular special but also lead to damage to the shaft wall, which taking into account the radial forces also present can deform. - This is where the invention begins.
The invention has for its object a shaft, esp. For To create landfills, of the type described at the beginning, in which the axial stresses are significantly reduced, so that Deforma tion and finally damage to the plastic tube and the Bottom of the shaft are no longer to be feared.
The invention solves this problem in a generic shaft in that the plastic tube as one towards the bottom of the shaft conical tapered tube is formed with a smooth outer tube wall. - These measures of the invention have the consequence that they occur the axial loads can be significantly reduced. Then through that The conicity of the plastic tube becomes a tearing off of itself setting landfill body reached. As a result, the plastic tube is without able to withstand the remaining axial loads and, if necessary, radial loads even without disruptive deformation Mations or damage even in the area of the shaft floor to record.
Further features essential to the invention are listed below. So the invention provides that the taper over the length of the Plastic tube and consequently the shaft 1 ° to 5 °, preferably Is 3 °. In the upper limit the taper approaches that Angle of friction, although tearing of the settling body of the landfill is already sufficient to significantly reduce the acting axial forces adorn. The plastic pipe sections can have a wall thickness of 100 to 500 mm, preferably 300 mm, are so solid anyway relatively stable and can ver perfectly absorb remaining residual stresses. More appropriate the plastic pipe sections are made of polypropylene or poly ethylene, preferably from high pressure polyethylene.
In the following, the invention is based on only one embodiment example illustrated drawing explained in more detail.
The single figure shows a shaft 1 for landfills, while a plurality of interconnected plastic pipe sections, which form a substantially vertical plastic tube 2 . The plastic tube 2 is formed as a shaft to the bottom 3 conically ver jüngende tube with a smooth outer tube wall. The taper is 1 ° to 5 °, preferably 3 °, over the length of the plastic tube or the shaft. The plastic pipe sections and consequently the plastic tube 2 have a wall thickness of up to 500 mm, preferably 300 mm, and consist of high-pressure polyethylene. The shaft bed 4 , the landfill material 5 and a mineral seal 6 in the area of the shaft floor 3 are indicated as well as a concrete base 7 for placing the plastic pipe 2 .
