Abstract

The invention relates to a radial rolling bearing which is designed as a clamp-ring bearing and in which the inner race can be fixed in a defined position on the associated shaft by means of a clamping ring by way of eccentric, mutually corresponding ring extensions. Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Radialwälzlager nach dem Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Bisher wurden solche Lager gegen axiale Verschiebung auf der Welle dadurch gesichert, daß der Klemm­ ring durch eine Sicherungsschraube zusätzlich direkt gegenüber der Welle verspannt wurde. Abgesehen davon, daß dadurch die Wellenober­ fläche beschädigt wurde und demzufolge die Lager­ demontage Schwierigkeiten bereitete, war durch diese Maßnahme nicht sichergestellt, daß sich Kelmmring und Lagerinnenring durch radiales Verdrehen aus ihrer Verspannung lösten. Aus Sicherheitsgründen gegen ein Lösen der Exzenterverbindung mußte bei der Montage der vorgeschilderten Lageranordnung zudem das Anziehen des Klemmringes stets in Dreh­ richtung der Welle erfolgen, was besondere Sorgfalt erforderte.The invention relates to a radial roller bearing according to the generic concept of claim 1. Claims (3)

Radialwälzlager, das als Spannringlager dergestalt ausgebildet ist, daß der Lagerinnenring mittels eines Klemmringes auf der zugehörigen Welle festlegbar ist, wobei eine exzentrische Verlängerung des Innenringes mit einer korrespondierenden Verlängerung des Klemm­ ringes zusammenwirkt dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die exzentrische Verlängerung (2′) des Innenringes (2) und die exzentrische Verlängerung (5′) des Spannringes (5) durch wenigstens eine die beiden Verlängerungen (2′, 15) zusätzlich verspannende Sicherungsschraube (7) gegen ein Lösen der Exzenterverbindung gesichert ist.1.
