Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Vorrichtung 1 ist als ein aus Kunststoff gefertigter Rahmen gestaltet. Die obere Rahmenseite 2 ist mittig längsgeschlitzt, während die beiden senkrechten Rahmenseiten 3 in bekannter Weise zum Teil einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen, der sich entlang eines Be reiches erstreckt, der mit (4) gekennzeichnet ist. Der Bereich 4 ist zur Aufnahme eines hand- oder druckschriftlich hergestellten Informationsträgers 8, beispielsweise eines eine Warenbezeichnung tragenden Plakates vorgesehen. Der Bereich 4 kann durch eine Öffnung oder durch eine dünne Wand gebildet sein. An den im Beispiel oben liegenden Bereich 4 schließt sich nach unten ein weiterer Bereich 5 an, dessen obere Begrenzung 6 zweckmäßigerweise eine Längsnut aufweist, in welcher der Informationsträger 8 ebenfalls geführt ist. Der Bereich 5 weist nicht näher dargestellte Vertiefungen und/oder Räume auf, die zur Aufnahme von Solarzellen 9, einer elektronischen Anzeigevorrichtung 10, einer Tastatur 11, ei ner elektronischen Treiberstufe 12 und wenigstens eines elektrischen Energiespeichers 13 vorgesehen sind. Die Gestal tung der Vertiefungen, der Räume und der für die Räume erfor derlichen Einschübe bleibt dem auf dem Feld der Kunststoff Spritzgußtechnik tätigen Fachmann überlassen. Ebenso bleibt es dem Elektronik-Fachmann freigestellt, wie er die einzelnen vorab genannten elektronischen und elektrischen Bauteile 9 bis 13 in bekannter Weise schaltet. Die zu verwendenden Solarzellen 9 sind von jener bekannten Art, wie sie etwa bei Taschenrechnern üblich sind. Für die Anzeigevorrichtung 10 kommt beispielsweise eine fünfstellige LCD-Anzeige handelsüb licher Ausführung in Frage. Die Tastatur 11 ist zweckmäßiger weise und vor allem auch aus Platz- und Kostengründen als be kannte Stelltastereinrichtung ausgebildet, mit der man durch Antippen verschiedener Minitaster mittels eines spitzen Gegenstandes, etwa eines Kugelschreibers, die an der Anzeige vorrichtung 10 gezeigten Zahlen verändern kann. Damit die Funktion der eben beschriebenen elektronischen Bauteile ge währleistet ist, ist eine Treiberstufe 12 in Form eines inte grierten Schaltkreises erforderlich. Als Energiequelle ist neben den Solarzellen 9 ein elektrischer Energiespeicher 13 etwa in Form von Knopfzellenbatterien, oder eines Knopfzel lenakkus oder ein Kondensator notwendig, um zu vermeiden, daß die an der Anzeigevorrichtung 10 eingestellten Zahlen über Nacht nicht verlöschen, wenn die Solarzellen 9 keinen Strom liefern.
