Abstract

A device for the arbitrary triggering of the raising and lowering of the vehicle body in relation to at least one vehicle axle on a truck with air suspension is described, the control device of which can be activated not only directly by way of a selector switch arranged in the driver's cab, but also indirectly by means of infrared remote control.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung gemäß dem Ober­ begriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a device according to the Ober Concept of claim 1.

Eine derartige Einrichtung ist aus der DE-OS 35 06 179 bekannt, wobei eine solche Einrichtung in bekannterweise noch so modifiziert sein kann, daß über den externen An­ schluß ein Handbediengerät mit Spiralkabel angeschlossen werden kann. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß ein leichteres An­ passen des Fahrzeugaufbaues in der Höhe an eine Laderampe oder bei einem Wechselpritschenbetrieb für die Bedienperson möglich ist, da sie von außerhalb des Fahrerhauses den Ort des Geschehens leichter einsehen kann. Als nachteilig kann bei dieser Art Fernbedienung erachtet werden, daß auf Grund der begrenzten Länge des Spiralkabels der Aktionskreis der Bedienperson eingeschränkt ist, bezüglich der Unter­ bringung des Kabels im Einstiegsbereich links neben dem Fahrersitz Probleme für die Bedienperson bestehen - Stolper­ gefahr - und bei der Handhabung der Fernbedienung ein Ein­ quetschen des Kabels an der Tür möglich ist, wenn die Fahrer­ tür zugeschlagen wird.Such a device is known from DE-OS 35 06 179, such a device can be modified in a known manner so that a hand control device with a spiral cable can be connected via the external connection. Bei dem in der Zeichnung dargestellten Lastkraftwagen ist mit 1 das Fahrerhaus, mit 2 der Fahrzeugaufbau, mit 3 die Hinterachse und mit 4 die Vorderachse bezeichnet. Zwischen der Vorder- und/oder Hinterachse und dem Fahrzeugaufbau ist in bekannterweise eine nicht dargestellte Niveauregelung eingebaut, mittels welcher der Fahrzeugaufbau gegenüber mindestens einer Achse angehoben oder abgesenkt werden kann. Die Niveauregelung weist ein Schaltventil auf, welches von einer Steuereinrichtung 5 - welche im Bereich des Fahrer­ sitzes innerhalb des Fahrerhauses 1 angeordnet ist - ange­ steuert werden kann, wenn dieselbe durch Betätigen eines Wahlschalters 6 mit Stellungen für das Heben und Senken aktiviert wird. Die Steuereinrichtung 5 und der Wahlschalter 6 bilden hierbei eine Einheit, welche von einer Bedienperson 7 gut zugänglich im vorgenannten Bereich angeordnet ist. Die Steuereinrichtung 5 weist ferner einen externen Anschluß 8 auf, welcher einerseits über eine elektrische Verbindung 9 mit einer Infrarot-Empfänger-Diode 10 und andererseits mit einem in die Steuereinrichtung 5 integrierten Empfänger 11 verbunden ist. Im Beispiel ist die Diode 10 im fahrer­ seitigen Außenspiegel 12 angeordnet, was insofern von Vor­ teil ist, als zum einen der Außenspiegel 12 die Kontur des Fahrzeuges überragt und somit die Diode 10 günstig vom Infrarot-Sender 13 innerhalb eines weiten Aktions­ kreises der Bedienperson 7 angestrahlt werden kann und zum anderen sich der ohnehin vorhandene Kabelkanal zur elektrischen Leitungsverlegung für die Beheizung des Außenspiegels zur Verlegung der elektrischen Verbindung 9 anbietet. Alternativ könnte die Diode 10 auch im Eck­ bereich 1′ der Rückwand des Fahrerhauses 1 angeordnet sein.In the truck shown in the drawing, 1 denotes the driver's cab, 2 the vehicle body, 3 the rear axle and 4 the front axle. Claims (5)

1. Einrichtung zum willkürlichen Ansteuern des Hebens und Senkens des Fahrzeugaufbaues gegenüber mindestens einer Fahrzeugachse an einem luftgefederten Lastkraft­ wagen, bestehend aus einer ein Schaltventil einer Niveau­ regelung zwischen der Fahrzeugachse und dem Fahrzeug­ aufbau ansteuerbaren Steuereinrichtung, welche über einen Wahlschalter mit Stellungen für das Heben und Senken aktiviert werden kann, wobei die Steuereinrichtung und der Wahlschalter - vorzugsweise eine Baueinheit bildend - im Bereich des Fahrersitzes innerhalb des Fahrerhauses ange­ ordnet sind und wobei ferner die Steuereinrichtung einen externen Anschluß aufweist, an welchen eine der Funktion des Wahlschalters entsprechende Fernbedienungseinheit ange­ schlossen werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fernbedienungseinheit aus einem tragbaren Infrarot-Sender (13), einer fahrertürseitig außerhalb des Fahrerhauses (1) angeordneten Infrarot-Empfänger- Diode (10) und einem in die Steuereinrichtung (5) inte­ grierten Empfänger (11) besteht, wobei der externe Anschluß (8) einerseits über eine elektrische Verbindung (9) mit der Empfänger-Diode (10) und andererseits mit dem Empfänger (11) verbunden ist.1.Device for arbitrarily actuating the lifting and lowering of the vehicle body relative to at least one vehicle axle on an air-sprung load, consisting of a control device which controls a switching valve of a level control between the vehicle axle and the vehicle and which is operated via a selector switch with positions for lifting and Lowering can be activated, wherein the control device and the selector switch - preferably forming a structural unit - are arranged in the area of the driver's seat within the driver's cab and furthermore the control device has an external connection to which a remote control unit corresponding to the function of the selector switch can be connected , characterized in that the remote control unit consists of a portable infrared transmitter ( 13 ), an infrared receiver diode ( 10 ) arranged on the driver's door side outside the driver's cab ( 1 ) and an inte gri in the control device ( 5 ) first receiver ( 11 ), the external connection ( 8 ) being connected on the one hand via an electrical connection ( 9 ) to the receiver diode ( 10 ) and on the other hand to the receiver ( 11 ). 2.
