The use of pivotable, equipped with several lenses is known
Lens carriers, especially for recording devices.
However, they are only used to enable the lenses to be changed quickly. As a result occurs
always only one of the lenses in function while! the rest for simultaneous purposes
are turned off. Also known are pivotable or non-pivotable lens carriers with usually
two identical, rigidly connected lenses, one of which is special
Image field is assigned, is used for focusing.
' The aim of the invention is to enable objectives with different focal lengths which are arranged on the same objective carrier. borrowed, both to focus the image window without its direct or indirect viewing and to assess its spatial delimitation. ' For this purpose, the usual image field is assigned a second, the viewfinder image field, in the same plane. '

Abb. 2 zeigt eine Ansieht von vorn.Fig. Ι shows a cross section through the arrangement in one embodiment.
Fig. 2 shows a view from the front.
Die Steigung der SchneckennutenThe embodiment shown in the drawing provides a pivotable turret head α on which the different focal length objectives b, c, d, e, each individually longitudinally displaceable, are attached. In the turret axis f there is concentrically a spindle g which is equipped with a gear h at its front end. This gear wheel h is in engagement with tooth segments i, k, I, tn, which in turn cause the longitudinal displacement of the individual objectives in a manner known per se by means of a worm gear. The pitch of the worm grooves
An Stelle
Bildfenster rechtfertigt.must be dimensioned in such a way that all lenses at all distances from the object to be photographed are at the same time the correct distance from the plane of the picture window. The image window is common to both the movie window and the viewfinder image window. It is also possible to keep the worm threads at the same pitch for all lenses and accordingly to change the translation from the common drive shaft g or to combine both types. Instead of a rotation of the drive spindle g , a shift of the same can occur, the z. B. is transferred in a suitable manner to the longitudinal displacement of the lenses by leverage. The objectives are arranged according to increasing focal lengths on the turret head α and selected so that the focal length ratio of two successive objectives is the same. From simple geometrical-optical relationships it follows that when the focal lengths increase in the ratio ι: \ ~% , the gear ratios, worm gears and the like necessary for the lens adjustment must be in the ratio ι: 2 so that the lens can be adjusted by a spindle is possible at a division. These focal lengths are known per se in cinema technology, since the common focal lengths of 35, 50, 70 and 100 mm come sufficiently close to them. The objective that is selected as the viewfinder image field is that which has the greater focal length of the two consecutive ones that are currently in operation. Accordingly, the dimensions of the viewfinder image field must be increased linearly by the same ratio as that of the focal lengths of the two lenses. Since the focal length ratio of two successive lenses was always chosen to be the same, the dimensions of the viewfinder image field always correspond to those of the recording image window. The only exception is the case where the lens with the highest focal length is in front of the image window. However, this apparent disadvantage is not significant because this lens is actually only intended as a viewfinder lens and thus the possibility that it can still be used for taking pictures must be perceived as an advantage in cases where a long focal length is desired. which justifies the direct setting in the image window.
Dazu tritt
The invention provides in addition to the advantages mentioned yet the advantage that the control! Strength of field allows \ the focus by using a höherbrennweitigen lens to set a more accurate assessment of jewei-, namely because the Einstelldetail is a larger and larger longitudinal displacement averaging this lens by transferring it to the receiving object, it is effectively reduced in size, i.e. made more precise. In addition, there is the advantage of the larger viewfinder field of view. Parallactic differences appear all the less since the lenses are unusually close together; if necessary, they can be completely switched off by shifting the mask delimiting the viewfinder image field.
