Description
KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL
PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE.
The aim of the invention is to achieve a better suction effect of the type described in the main patent no. 32004 marked circumferential filter cloth B to achieve. The fans C are arranged in a novel way inside the space itself, which is bounded by the endless filter cloth, in such a way that, on the one hand, they are constantly acting as a suction fan on the part of the rotating filter cloth that is responsible for the suction, and on the other hand, they are constantly acting as a fan on the part to be knocked off Soak in the cloth.
The fans, which for this purpose in one or. multiple numbers can be arranged inside the space formed by the cloth B , sit on the shaft C mounted in the frame A and, as usual, are provided with the lateral suction openings C 3 . The outflow opening of the blower is closed off from the suction openings of the same by the box DD 1 , so that the interior space formed by the filter cloth is divided into two spaces, one of which is under the suction effect and the other under the pressure effect of the blower, Fig. 1 , 2 and 3. The bottom of the box enclosing the fan C 1 is provided with suction openings o 1 in FIGS. The latter is moved by the toothed racks κ 1 attached to it by means of the toothed segments m, which are keyed onto the shaft m 1, which can be rotated by the handle w 2. The cleaning of the constantly rotating filter cloth B from the sucked-in parts is assisted in a known manner by the knocker i. The blowers C 1 blow energetically against the inner surface of the part of the filter cloth moving past in front of the knocker i , which results in a very complete cleaning of the cloth at this point. The cloth can be both after. turn one way as well as the other; If it moves in the same direction as the goods on the vibrating sieve, so that the upper side of the cloth is already knocked off and clean, the ceiling of the machine can be provided with openings o 2 to allow part of the pressure wind to escape . The cloth, however, rotates in the opposite direction, so should the ceiling as in 0 3, Fig. 2, may be entirely closed and the pressure wind after it has acted on the upper and front surface of the cloth and the same penetrated in part, by the lateral Openings o 2 * escape.
Durch diese Anordnung der Gebläse im Innern des vom Filter B gebildeten Raumes selbst wird infolge des dadurch bedingten directen Absaugens und Auf blasens sowohl eine bessere Saugwirkung als auch vor allem ein stärkerer Druck, also eine vollkommenere Reinigung erzielt, als wenn der Saug- undThrough this arrangement of the fan inside the space formed by the filter B itself, as a result of the resulting direct suction and blowing on, both a better suction effect and, above all, a stronger pressure, i.e. a more complete cleaning, is achieved than if the suction and
Pressure wind caused by pipes connected to the inside of the filter as before would.
In the arrangement of the machine shown in Fig. 3, which is here to suck the light flour dust contained in the air through the openings Q. of the frame A , the arrangement of the fan C 1 is exactly as above in the interior of the one on the three rollers bb x b ^ in any direction encircling filter cloth B encircled space. The fan again sucks the dust particles up to the cloth B ; the cleaned air flowing through the latter enters the fan through the openings C 3 and this blows it against the part of the filter cloth which is not influenced by the suction wind and which runs through the space enclosed by the plates D D 'and the roller b 1. The knocking device i can, as drawn in full lines, be arranged behind the cloth B or, as dotted or in FIG. 1, in front of the same. The pressure wind from the blower C 1, which supports the action of the knocker as above, escapes again partly through the meshes of the cloth, partly through the lateral openings o 2 *, while the parts knocked off the cloth fall into the screw conveyor g and from it out of the Machine to be made.
In the latter way of using the endless filter cloth, around the suction surface of the same to multiply, it can of course, instead of smoothly, also in the known manner in zigzag form be arranged and either run over the guide rollers or in general known way to be stretched on a frame, which is with the endless cloth around the Gemäfsheit of the present Invention arranged in the interior of the same in the manner described above and acting fan turns.
