Abstract
Object is advanced along a path through a coating zone in which one or more liq. layers of coating compsn. form a free falling curtain which impinges on a surface of the moving object to form a coating. An electrostatic polar charge is applied to the surface of the object, the magnitude of which is sufficient to insure uniformity of the coating.
