Mechanischer Federhammer.
gehalten, wodurch dieselben schon dein vorgenannten Bedürfnis teilweise Rechnung
tragen.
Mechanical spring hammer. With power spring hammers, the
Stroke change, the nuisance noticeable, (let the hammer bear due to its inertia

At the high lift, the hammer bear continues to swing upwards while the spring # iinrlel

the stroke change takes place considerably later than with the spring bundle. In the reverse
Trap, if the bear hits the piece to be forged downwards, it actually is
it is desirable that the change of stroke be delayed by a so-called sticky blow

Devices, however, are not economical. Always in practice
Drive springs designed as a spring bundle are shorter after the attachment point

is only achieved with one spring, this must be regarded as a 'disadvantage.
The following invention is intended to provide the stated Gbelstand by a
Eliminate simple binding of the spring bundle with specially designed spring bundles.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is in contrast to the current embodiment
explained in more detail, namely Fig. i shows a Federhannner swinging upwards
without a collar, fig. 2 a feather hainnier swinging downwards without a collar, fig.
3 a spring hammer with collars according to the invention, Fig..I with a spring collar
Feathers on a larger scale: scale in cross-section.
From Fig. I and 2 is the existing one with the current spring hammers
Evil condition clearly visible.
.4).In Fig. 3, a is the hammer bear, b is a spring collar for (read pair of springs c, d and e further spring dogs for spring pairs f and g. Screws h make the spring collars on one of a pair of springs made up of an upper and a lower spring screwed tight, while the air gap 1 between one spring and the spring collar is regulated by the screws i. with the platek, (l. 1). the additional tension for the other spring can be increased or decreased only one spring of a pair of springs is stressed, as in r and 2, but both springs. However, since it is not desirable in practice that an additional stress occurs immediately when the stroke is changed, especially when the working stroke ends and the idle stroke begins, i.e. when the bear hits the forging. to achieve the sticky blow, the feather bun (le are so long that there is space between one feather, the upper or lower, a pair of feathers and your covenant remains a looseness (Fig. .4).
