Abstract

A label for packages, specially of drugs, is divided by means of pre-set breaking lines into at least two parts of which one die-cut piece is detachable from said package, while the other part(s) remains permanently applied to the package itself. The detachable part presents on its lower side (not printed) a layer of siliconated paper; said layer can be detachable together with the die-cut piece or can adhere to the package.

Description

Bezugnehmend auf die Fig. 1-3 wird das Etiketten-Stanzstück durch ein selbstklebendes Etikett 1 gebildet, wobei ein Teil von ihm mit einer Schicht aus Silikonpapier 2 verbunden ist. Das Etikett 1 ist durch eine unterbrochene Stanzung mit vorgegebenen Trennlinien 3 und senkrecht zueinander liegenden Schnittlinien 4 und 5 eingestanzt; die Linien 3 und 5 legen ein ablösbares gestanztes Stück 6 fest. Claims

1. Permanently self-adhesive label (1, 14) for packages of medicines and medical products, which is divided by predetermined dividing lines (3) into a first part or punched piece (6, 17), the lower adhesive surface of which is protected by a layer of silicone paper (2), and into one or more further parts (8, 8', 9, 11, 12, 13), the lower adhesive surface of which can be applied directly to the packages, characterized in that the first part or punched piece (6) connected to the layer of silicone paper has one or more permanently adhesive areas of a smaller size (10), which are not protected by the silicone paper (2), for temporarily fastening the punched piece itself.

2. Label according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises two parts (11, 12) which hold the first part or punched piece (6) on respective opposite sides thereof.

3. Label according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the layer of silicone paper (2) has a protruding tab (7) under the first part or punched piece (6) which allows the gripping and manual detachment of the punched piece.

4. Label according to claim 3, characterized in that the tab (7) protrudes from one of the sides of the punched piece (6) which are without predetermined dividing lines (3).

Label according to claim 4, characterized in that the tab or tabs (7) extend under parts (8, 8') of the label-holding parts fixed to the package, and in that the label-holding part covering each tab (7) has a cut (4) substantially longitudinal to the tab and extending to one of the cutting lines or predetermined dividing lines (5) delimiting the punched piece (6), the longitudinal cut (4) allowing the tab (7) to be removed from under the corresponding part of the label.
