Abstract

The invention relates to a spray head according to the main patent (Patent Application P 3709666.4). The spray head consists of a plurality of spray blocks of modular construction which are clamped together by means of two end plates serving at the same time for sealing-off purposes. According to the present invention, the end plates are designed as end pieces which, like the spray blocks, have spraying and blowing nozzles. There are provided at the same time, however, two end faces which but against one another and are angled relative to one another and which are equipped with the nozzles.

Description

Das Hauptpatent (Patentanmeldung P 37 09 666.4) betrifft einen Sprühkopf mit mehreren, identisch aufgebauten Sprühblöcken, die zwischen zwei Endplatten zusammenge spannt sind. Die Sprühblöcke sind quaderförmig mit recht eckigem Querschnitt. An zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Quaders sind jeweils zwei Sprühdüsen für das Versprü hen des Trennmittels sowie gegebenenfalls eine Blasdüse für Luft vorgesehen. Da sowohl die Sprühdüsen als auch die Blasdüsen mit Luft versorgt werden müssen, benötigt man zwei Arten von Luftzufuhrkanälen neben den Kanälen für die Zuführung des Trennmittels. In dem Hauptpatent sind hierfür geeignete und vorteilhafte Lösungen angege ben. Das Hauptmerkmal besteht dabei darin, daß alle Luft- und Trennmittelkanäle senkrecht zu der Sprührich tung, d.h. parallel zu den Ebenen der die Düsen tragenden Stirnseiten der Sprühblöcke verlaufen. Aufgrund dieser Kanalführungen kann man dann auch alle Drosselschrauben, die zur Einstellung der Sprühmenge des Trennmittels dienen, an einer der Stirnseiten, die nicht mit Düsen bestückt ist, anordnen. Fig. 2 zeigt das rechte Endstück 15 mit Blick auf die Sprühstirnseite. Dieses wird aus der Fig. 3 deutlich, die einen Blick auf das Endstück 15 in Richtung des Pfeiles 20, also die Unter seite zeigt. Dabei erkennt man auch die von der Unterseite aus, wie beim Hauptpatent, zugänglichen Drosselschrauben 21 und 22. Man erkennt ferner, daß auch die Stirnfläche 16 etwas gegen die Längsachse des Sprühkopfes abgewinkelt ist. Fig. 2 shows the right end piece 15 with a view of the spray face. Claims

1. Spray head of a spray device for spraying release agents for foundry molds with a plurality of spray blocks clamped between two end plates, in which spray nozzles for release agents and blowing nozzles for air are arranged on two opposite end faces, the nozzles with their media running parallel to one another and to the spray end faces are supplied in accordance with the main patent (patent application P 37 09 666.4), characterized in that the end plates are designed as end pieces ( 15 ), the two abutting spray end faces ( 16 , 17 ) with the main channels ( 25-29 ) and ( 23 , 24 ) supplied spray ( 19 ) and blow nozzles ( 18 ), and that the second spray face ( 17 ) is angled at an obtuse angle against the first spray face ( 16 ) in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the spray head.
