Abstract
Description
The invention relates to papers or the like substances which after their use as carriers of Printing or writing inks again as raw materials the production of these materials are used should (recycling).
The reuse of waste paper has been around for a long time operated and still plays an important role today in the supply of raw materials in the paper industry. The strategy for waste paper processing can be simply summarized as follows: Sorting the waste paper batches of high quality that are as homogeneous as possible (i.e. without foreign contamination such as grease, oil, metal, Dirt, etc.), mechanical crushing and dissolving of the waste paper into its components in the pulper, Dissolving the binders of the color pigments (printing ink, etc.) through chemicals and subsequent washing out of the Pigments using additional finely divided substances, to which the pigments can attach (deinking) and chemical after-treatment of the suspensions obtained bleach, etc.
Because the color pigments also have a strong affinity to the paper components and the conventional one The pigment washout may therefore only be imperfect the effort increases with increasing requirements to the white content of the final product, so that papers high quality, preferably from fresh raw material alien or the proportion of waste paper remains limited / 1 /.
The high costs of the rain don't just play a role here paper played a role: under the intensive chemical treatment during deinking and Bleaching also affects the fibers affecting the procurement co-determine the freedom of a paper / 2 /.
Die wirtschaftliche Bedeutung des Papier-Recyclings zeigt sich beispielsweise darin, daß versucht wird, die faserigen Bestandteile sogar aus Spezialpapieren zurück zugewinnen /3/.Nevertheless, the greatest possible protection comes of natural raw materials is not just an ethical, but also an economic and business management Meaning too. Because there is no need to use waste paper all process steps of wood extraction and processing tung. The economic importance of paper recycling shows, for example, that an attempt is made to fibrous components even from special papers win / 3 /.
But after the steps from waste paper to use capable paper suspension also expensive and are also environmentally harmful, or costs at the regeneration or waste disposal of the auxiliary cause substances, the task is Papers or similar materials and the required Manufacturing and reprocessing processes to create that contaminant removal from the intended use of the paper (print color, color pigments etc.) in the simplest possible way with the least possible use of chemicals and it is environmentally friendly and inexpensive.
This object is achieved for the materials and methods according to the preamble of claim 1 in that the fibrous base layer ( 1 ) (see FIG. 1 of the drawing sheet) of the paper on the side to be printed (or the two sides) with a cover layer ( 2 ) is coated, which absorbs a large part of the color pigments ( 3 ) of the lettering. This cover layer must be such that, like the fibrous base layer of the paper, it breaks down into fine particles of a certain size. The size and type of these particles should allow these contaminated particles to be separated from most of the other particles in the simplest possible separation process.
A prerequisite for the advantages according to the invention is that during the fabric release and subsequent separation process the binding of the printing pigment to the par Particles of the top layer not or only to a small extent may be solved.
If these pigmented particles are as full as possible have been continuously separated from the suspension and thus as large a part of the waste paper as possible as pure as possible could have been recovered one the separated particles of the top layer subject to conventional chemical treatment.
However, it can make more sense to type the above Particles for the top layer in addition to the requirements to the printing properties afterwards choose that they include the color pigments (e.g. the Soot particles of the printing ink) for other techni cal purposes can be used advantageously.
As a substance class, which in an unmanageable amount folds both in papermaking and in full other industries is used comes native or considering denatured starch / 4 /. Strengths and different origins are in very different Particle size distributions available, their procurement Unit can be linked to the above in a variety of ways Requirements are adjusted. In addition, can also all other substances are used for these purposes, provided that they meet the requirements. Experiences are selected to select suitable substances and referred to the knowledge of the professionals. Also needed it for the manufacture and reprocessing of the inventions materials according to the invention actually no machines or individual processes (e.g. when applying the deck layer / 5 / or the separation of the suspension / 1 /) that would not be familiar to the expert. So it should be without be further possible, which in claims 1 to 4 to achieve the stated objectives.
