Die Erfindung betrifft eine Biogasanlage zur Vergärung von feststoffreichem Material.The invention relates to a biogas plant for the fermentation of solid material.

Aus Umweltgründen ist es notwendig, organische Abfallstoffe zu entsorgen. Eine wirksame Methode ist dabei die anaerobe Vergärung. Der Grund liegt darin, daß das Material in der Regel so zerkleinert und mit Flüssigkeit verdünnt werden muß, damit es unter Luftabschluß in die Anlage gefördert werden kann. Speziell die Zerkleinerung von organischen Reststoffen, wie z. B. Grüngutabfälle, Festmist oder organischem Hausmüll erfordert einen hohen technischen Aufwand und ist wegen möglicher Fremdkörper mit Störungen behaftet.For environmental reasons it is necessary to use organic waste dispose. Die Flüssigkeit im Behälter dient zudem vorteilhaft als Medium für die Methanbakterien und zur Übertragung der not­ wendigen Prozeßwärme. Die Umspülung der Flüssigkeit erfolgt aus dem Flüssigkeitsschacht unterhalb des Siebbodens (Fig. 3) mittels einer Pumpe und wird auf das Feststoffsub­ strat aufgesprüht (Fig. 4). Die Aufheizung der Flüssig­ keit erfolgt im Flüssigkeitsschacht (Fig. 5).The exclusion of air is achieved in that the liquid level in the fermenter is higher than the gas pressure in the system.
