wobei das Element (5, 105, 205) mindestens einen Trokar trägt, der der dünnen Folie (4, 104, 204) gegen überliegend angeordnet ist, dessen freies Ende je doch davon beabstandet ist, wenn die Vorrichtung (1, 101, 201) in Ruhelage ist,
wobei das Element (5, 105, 205) auch ein umlaufendes festes Teil (14, 114, 217) aufweist, das seinen Halt in der Vorrichtung (1, 101, 201) sicherstellt und an dem ein elastisch deformierbares Teil (oder mehrere elastische deformierbare Teile) (18, 118 a bis 118 d, 218) befestigt sind, das (oder die) beim Aufdrücken auf das deformierbare Auftragsorgan verschoben werden kann (können), so daß die dünne Folie (4, 104, 204) von dem (den) Trokar(en) durchstoßen wird, und wobei das Element (5, 105, 205), das den (die)
