Description

Verfahren zur Nutzbarmachung von metall-, blei-, zink-, zinn- und kupferhaltigem oder emailliertem Eisenschrott. Der Eisenschrott ist infolge seines Gehaltes an Fremdmetallen, Kupfer Zink, Zinn usw., zur direkten Verhüttung auf Eisen, sei es im Martinofen oder im Eisenhochofen in den meisten Fällen ungeeignet, weil das auf diese Weise erzielte Roheisen bzw. der erzielte Stahl diese Metalle aufnimmt und dadurch eine schlechte @Qualität bekommt. Auch Eisenschrott, der mit Emaille überzogen ist, läßt sich infolge des hohen Gehaltes der Emaille an Flußmitteln nur mit großen Schwierigkeiten im Martin- oder Eisenhochofen verarbeiten, da das Ofenmauerwerk bei den in diesen Öfen herrschenden hohen Temperaturen sehr stark angegriffen wird.Process for harnessing metal, lead, zinc, tin and copper-containing or enamelled scrap iron. Die erzeugte eisen- und zinkhaltige Schlacke läßt sich in bekannter Weise im Eisenhochofen verarbeiten. Die übrigen Metalle des Schrottes werden aus dem erzeugten Blei bzw.
