Description

Verfahren zur Darstellung von salzfreiem Ätzkali. In der Hauptpatentsahnitft3478i6 ist ein Verfahren .zur Darstellung von salizfneiem Ätznatron beschrieben, @dadurch gekennzeich- net, daß :man .salzhaltige Natronlauge, die an Salz nicht gesättigt isst, von salaherZ.usammen@ Setzung, daß das Hydrat z Na OH + 7 HZ O ausknistallisdert, abkühlst und' das ausgeschie- d-ene Hydrat von der Mutterlauge trennt. Es wurde nun gefunden, -daß @es in einfacher Weise gelingt, auch aus salzhaltiger Kalilange reines Ätzkali zu gewinnen, wenn man Ätz- kalilaugen, tdiie an dien. begleitenden Sauzen nicht gesättigt isindi, in solchen Konzentratio- nen abkühlt, daß sich daraus 'das Hydrat K O H + 2@ HZ O albscheidet. Man geht dabei vorteilhaft von. einer 52-'bis 54gewichtsprozentigen Lösung aus und läßt diese auf niedrige Temperatur, z. B. + 1o° und darunter, zweckmäßig langsam abkühlen: Das ausgesdhnedemie Hydrat wird: abge- schieudert und mit wenig reiner Kahfiau.ge ge- waschen.
