Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von dünnwandigen Metallflaschen durch Guß, insbesondere durch Spritzguß, die zur Aufnahme von pharmazeutischen und kosmetischen Flüssigkeiten und als Ersatz für die teueren Glasflaschen dienen sollen. Das Verfahren nach der Erfindung besteht darin, daß der Flaschenmantel sowie der Boden der Flasche für sich gesondert durch Spritzguß hergestellt werden, wobei im unteren Teil der Flaschenwand einerseits und im Rand des Flaschenbodens anderseits Kanäle gebildet werden, in welchen nach dem Zusammensetzen der Flaschenteile flüssiges Metall eingespritzt wird, um dadurch eine starre Verbindung der gegossenen Flaschenteile herbeizuführen.Process for the production of thin-walled 1Vletallflaschen by Molding.
