Elektrischer Zigarrenanzünder. Heizkörper für elektrische Feuerzeuge,
bestehend aus einem feuerfesten, annäheindwalzenförmigen Körper, um welchen ein
Glühdraht herumgewunden ist, der seinerseits wieder von einer ihn berührenden Kappe
aus Quarzglas umschlossen ist, sind bekannt. Diese bekannten Zigarrenanzünder weisen
jedoch den Nachteil auf, daß der Widerstand infolge Einwirkung der atmo

sphärischen Luft sich stark erhitzt und deshalb leicht durchbrennt. Ebenso
führt das wechselnde Erhitzen und Wiedererkalten der Drahtschraube unter Einfluß
der äußeren Atmosphäre zu einer den Widerstand zerstörenden Oxydation und Unbrauchbarmachung

Der Zigarrenanzünder besteht aus einem elektrischen Heizwiderstand
bekannter Art. Auf dem mit Außengewinde versehenen einschraubbaren Stöpsel a ist
ein Isolationskörper b befestigt, aessen Außenfläche zur Aufnahme des eigentlichen
Heizwiderstandes dient. Letzterer besteht bekanntlich aus einem schraubenförinig
gewundenen Draht c, aus Osram-, Wolfram- oder dergleichen Metall, dessen Enden mit
einer Kontaktschnur d leitend verbunden sind. -
Nach der Erfindung
wird nun der vorbeschriebene Heizwiderstand b, c luftleer eingeschlossen.
Zu diesem Behufe ist auf der Oberfläche des Schraubstöpsels a eine dem Widerstand
entsprechend geformte Röhre e, welche an ihrem oberen Ende geschlossen ist,
befestigt. Die Röhre e ist zweckmäßig aus einem nicht leitenden Material, wie Quarz,
Maxineglas, Glimmer o. dgl., hergestellt, wobei sich die innere Wandung unmittelbar
dicht an die Drahtwickelung anlegt, so daß beim Glühendwerden des elektrischen Widerstandes
auch eine Erhitzung der äußeren Umhüllung erfolgt und als Zündfläche dienen kann.The cigar lighter consists of an electrical heating resistor of a known type.
