Description
Drehkolbenmaschine mit exzentrisch angetriebenem, sich in einem zylindrischen Gehäuse bewegendem, kreisrundem Kolben. Die Erfindung betrifft eine als Pumpe, Gasverdichter oder Kräftmaschine verwendbare -Drehkolbenmaschine, bei der sich ein kreisrunder, exzentrisch angetriebener Kolben in einem zylindrischen Gehäuse bewegt und federnd in radialer Richtung an das Gehäuse angedrückt wird.Rotary piston machine with eccentrically driven, located in a cylindrical Housing moving, circular piston. Die federnde Anpressung des Kolbens geschah bisher hauptsächlich in der Weise, daß der Kolben gegenüber der Welle radial verschieblich angeordnet und durch eine auf der Welle befindliche Feder nach außen gedrückt wurde. Diese Anordnung hat jedoch, besonders bei großen Leistungen, wegen der beweglichen Lagerung des Kolbens und der Verwendung einer besonderen Feder Nachteile. Diese werden durch vorliegende Erfindung dadurch behoben, daß die federnde Andrükkung des Kolbens durch die Welle selbst geschieht. Die Federung kann unter Wahl geeigneter Maße von Wellenlänge und -durchmesser dadurch herbeigeführt werden, daß die Welle im angespannten Zustande etwas durch- ; gebogen ist und erst in gerader Richtung durchgedrückt wird, wenn sie samt darauf befestigtem Kolben in das Gehäuse eingesetzt ist. Die Federung kann auch in der Weise geschehen, @daß die Mittelachse der Welle im angespannten Zustande geradlinig ist, die Welle aber beim Einsetzen mit darauf befestigtem Kolben etwas durchgedrückt wird. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer solchen Pumpe, bei der die Spannung auf letztbeschriebene Art herbeigeführt wird, ist auf beiliegender Zeichnung im Quer- und Längsschnitt dargestellt. i ist das Gehäuse, a ist der Kolben und 3 ist die Welle mit darauf festsitzendem Exzenter 6; der Mittelpunkt der Welle 3 fällt nicht mit dem Mittelpunkt 5 des Gehäuses zusammen, sondern wird beim Einsetzen in das Gehäuse in Richtung der größten Exzentrizität - y auf Linie a-b - um ein kleines Stück x verschoben, wodurch die federnde Andrülckung des Kolbens zustande kommt.The resilient contact pressure of the piston has hitherto mainly taken place in such a way that the piston is arranged so as to be radially displaceable with respect to the shaft and is pressed outward by a spring located on the shaft.
