Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a KKKGS in particular for use water area according to claim 1.
The present KKKGS is said to be the process water, so in its Be stabilize the fact that the lime contained therein the Tendency to scale for a certain period of time.
It is known that the limescale dissolved in the water has the property has to be classified in the crystal lattice network and thus to the boiler to grow stone.
A profile insert body disclosed by US-PS 34 48 034 has an oval cross section with tapering on both sides. The profile insert body takes up a considerable pipe cross section and leads to high flow resistance, so high cross cuts are required.
Auch die DE-P 24 22 024.4-45 weist diese Widerstände vor, so daß dieses auch zu Kalkablagerungen in diesem Bereich führen kann und somit zu weiteren Erhöhung des Widerstandes und schließlich zur Minderung der Durchflußmenge.DE-P 24 22 024.4-45 also has these resistors, so that this can also lead to limescale deposits in this area and thus to further increasing resistance and eventually to reduce the flow rate.
It is believed that in the two above. It reveals itself are magnetic fields that are not closed and that follow are constructed at random. It is in P 24 22 024 on po larizing effect and pointed to strong turbulence. With strong turbulence you can achieve that Water partially reaches the effective magnetic fields and thus is also treated in part, which would also explain that some physical water purifiers are more effective as the others.
Furthermore, it is not apparent from this revelation that it is these are homogeneous and closed magnetic fields.
The object of the present invention is strong to create concentrated, homogeneous alternating magnetic fields that the bring about desired success; the ones in the water Treat lime so that it settles over a period of days can not be classified in the crystal lattice network and thus initially there is no scale formation.
This object is achieved in that strong concentrated, homogeneous alternating magnetic fields are created, which are arranged perpendicular to the flow direction of the water, so that the minerals dissolved in the water are strong intramolecular Shocks are exposed and thus a higher stability and get magnetic force. The smooth, chromed surface of the Ms cylinders and the high, turbulence-free flow rate speed of the water cause the stabilized minerals ho get into the pipe system.
That homogeneous magnetic fields have an effect on them perpendicularly exerting flowing media is known.
Der magnetohydrodynamischer Umwandler (MHD Wandler) ist ein Direktumwandler. The magnetohydrodynamic converter (MHD converter) is a Direct converter.
Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) deals with the flow pre perished in electrically conductive liquids and plasmas Exposure to homogeneous magnetic fields. In magnetohydrodyna Mix model of a plasma is this as compressible conductive considered liquid. By moving the Liquid in the magnetic field induced electric fields and currents create couplings between mechanical and electrical magnetic forces by the hydrodynamic equations to be discribed; when they are dissolved z. B. an addition force that acts perpendicular to the current and magnetic field.
Special magnetohydrodynamic phenomena are the hydro dynamic waves, the transverse part of which is like electro magnetic and their longitudinal portion are determined under conditions like sound waves.
The MHD is of great importance for attempts at mastery the core merger.

The water supplied by the waterworks is in a lime-carbon dioxide balance; it is the state of one Water, which contains just so much free carbonic acid, as required to dissolve the calcium hydrocarbonate hold, DIN 40 46.
Due to the effect of the homogeneous alternating magnetic fields on the Minerals dissolved in water and mechanical energy - water pressure in the pipe system - couplings between mechanical and magnetic forces so that there is an asymmetry of the Mo leküle is coming. Asymmetry exists for molecules that do not Have plane of symmetry and no center of symmetry. The molecules an asymmetrical connection cannot have a flat shape consequently, they cannot be in the crystal lattice be anchored. An amorphous state arises; are amorphous solid bodies, the molecules of which are not arranged regularly and therefore have no physically excellent direction (are isotopic), similar to liquids. Are amorphous substances mostly unstable and automatically go into the crystalline stood over. This amorphous state, which is also known as levitation condition can remain in the treated for several days Contain water.
Our experiments have shown that the floating state is tempera is dependent on the door; the colder the water, the longer it lasts Levitation on and vice versa. Will the water immediately after the magnetic treatment heated to about 90 ° C, so it comes for lime precipitation, but not for scale formation. Out of it it can be concluded that the lime molecules in asymmetric form are available. If you remove the water from this solution, you can notice that the present lime is in powder form. There is no scale formation, the powder lime can be gently wipe away with a rag.
The following is already known about calcium; it belongs to the Alkaline earth metals of the second group of the periodic table. Their atomic structure is characterized by two outer electrons over closed shells. Therefore, they enter their ver bindings are always bivalent. The alkaline earth metals have ge rings density, which makes them very responsive.
About carbonic acid is already known that it is particularly in calcareous mineral water is included.
Crystals are known to be pure compounds.
As the lime-carbonic acid equation through the magnetic treatment weight is stabilized, it is understandable that after the Treatment initially no crystals (scale) present can be, because the present lime powder form contains yes still necessary to maintain lime-carbonic acid balance agile carbon dioxide content, which in turn is the reason that no crystals grow and therefore no scale educations can form.
It is known that carbon assimilation is the most important Is part of herbal assimilation. The carbon dioxide gas the air supplies the carbon to form the organic Connections of plants.
Assuming that in the lime powder form carbonic acid the following has been attempted with cut flowers been; a large bouquet of carnations was placed on two equal vessels distributed. Then both vessels, one with treated and the other with untreated water, filled to the brim. The water was renewed every two days. In conclusion, it is found that the cloves covered with treated water were taken care of, generally 4 to 6 days, depending on the light conditions, ambient temperature and condition of the test plants, stayed fresh longer than those with untreated water test plants supplied in the same way.
From the repeated attempts it can be assumed that the test plants have undergone "carbonic acid fertilization", what enabled them to stay fresh longer. Carbonic acid Fertilization is of course more natural or technical obtained carbon dioxide in greenhouses or fruit beds to increase plant yield. This procedure is already known and has been used for a long time.
From the previous observations and findings -
Calcium very reactive,
Carbon dioxide promoting growth,
Lime not tending to crystal formation,
one can conclude that the concentrated homogeneous magnetic fields cause a structural change in the molecular structure of the minerals dissolved in the water.
Since the alkaline earth metals show low density and very right are capable of action, it can be assumed that by the magnetic treatment takes place a carbonation finds and thus a slightly carbonated supersaturated state is present, which in turn would also explain the fact that existing scale is removed and that until to an extremely thin layer that protects the piping from corrosion sion protects what is in turn DIN 40 46 about the lime rust Corresponds to the protective layer, which says that a covering is in iron pipes, which is produced by the reaction of a Equilibrium of the water present.
This process is certainly due to the good electrical conductance explain the capabilities of metallic pipelines. Are the Pipelines new, so the intramolecular heterogeneous Magnetic fields of the pipelines have a magnetic force on them minerals in the water, so that they are there sit down. By lowering the minerals, by their Alignment, the heterogeneous magnetic fields are closed and thus they show a homogeneity. The magnetic on Series of heterogeneous magnetic fields is then completed and it happens when the water is treated by the homogeneous magnetic field is also "homogenized", no further deposits.
The advantages achieved with the present invention exist mainly in that water pipes from contamination protected by the filter and on the other hand against calcification through scale formation. Another advantage would be that Carbonic acid fertilization to increase crop yields.
Furthermore, there is no need to use chemicals, which is safe an important point in terms of environmental protection provides, because the KKKGS are initially for one and two families intended for a group that has a very high proportion of water consumption.
